About this bed and breakfast
Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. Prospect is a urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants and retail stores.
This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space sleeps up to four people. It was constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

One of the best stays we’ve had! The thoughtful details and provisions in the house far exceeded expectations and the neighborhood was so cool! Felt completely safe and comfortable for traveling by myself with my young daughter. The toys, kid ware, and bath items were a lovely bonus and the hosts were informative and available, if needed. We’d look to stay here again! Thank you Samantha and Chris!

The carriage house was located in a lovely Longmont community. The house was very clean, comfortable, accommodating, and the owners made us feel very welcome. It provided everything we needed, and we loved walking the neighborhood and small downtown area. We are in Longmont often visiting family and would stay here again.

Prospect is a lovely neighborhood - actually a small, self-contained community. The Carriage is fully equipped and well appointed. The layout is exceptional with full bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry. Heat pump provides comfortable heating and cooling. The furnishings and decor are top notch. And the streaming entertainment services are an added plus. We will definitely stay here again.
