Staff was very helpful when my reservation did not pop up. They did everything they could and were extremely gracious and apologetic for the inconvenience.
Snack bar near check in: a candy bar was over $4.50. A small candy bar that would cost under a $1.00 at a grocery store! Come on.. why such rip off prices for a little convenience. Corporation profit not enough?

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, breakfast is very good and the best, the staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Excellent stay.
