Located in Longmont, this lovely bed and breakfast for $152 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Come be our guests in our cozy carriage house in Longmont's eclectic and funky Prospect Newtown. Dwell Magazine called Prospect "America's Coolest Neigborhood." We couldn't agree more! The tree-lined streets are filled with interesting architecture, funky colors and wonderful people. We have parks with hammocks, restaurants, bars, boutiques, salons, a multitude of ways to exercise, and so much more all just a short walk from the front door. And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away. Our carriage house is designed and equipped to be your home away from home. With comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious desk, a large-screen tv, you will have everything you need to work, play and relax. This comfortable, quiet and sophisticated space has been designed above our detached garage with no shared walls and overlooking a private park. It is accessed by a single flight of interior stairs. A private parking space is provided steps from the front door. Small dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $125 pet fee. This fee is absolutely NON-NEGOTIABLE. We do not allow cats and humbly request that you leave your large dogs at home. Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the furniture and must be crated when in the space alone. Any dog that arrives without prior notice and authorization will result in a $250 fee in addition to the $125 standard pet fee. You must provide proof of medical necessity for any service animal and provide specific information about the pet's official role. If you cannot provide this information, your pet will be subject to the standard pet fee of $125.

My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary touring Rocky Mountain National Park. The cottage was a great and quiet place to base out of. Close to Estes Park and a short drive to Denver. The privacy and full amenities made this a great experience.

Linda and Chad's vrbo was perfectly located for our travels between Denver and Fort Collins. The apartment is lovely and well-stocked. Linda responds right away if there are questions. Highy recommended!

We were in town for a high school graduation 🎓 The carriage house was a perfect place to stay. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We ran into the owners as they were backing up out of the garage. They were extremely nice and are there if you need them. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

We stayed for a month to visit our two daughters in the area. Super responsive owners with any concerns or questions. Always got a response within an hour or two. Lovely place and location. We will definitely be back!!

Compact, efficient place to stay, no wasted room. Well equiped, regular coffee, for the machine would have been nice. Owners were very responsive -immediately, very lovely! Very quiet-loved that part! Very clean, no complaints. You will need to climb stairs up, generally not an issue for me but with baggage and a recently "tweeked" knee it was challenging. Normally, not but 17-20 stairs to the carriage house. Very private and easy parking. Love to go again when my knee heals. Thank you. Mary W.

Great visit, but be sure to read the instructions very carefully…entrance is next to the garage entrance (not the back of Linda’s home). Also, had to search every email for access instructions. I couldn’t find it anywhere…instead had to download the Vrbo app to read the complete message with the code. Highly recommend if you’re in the area to stay here!

Host was wonderful to work with! We had booked and cancelled this trip once (during the Pandemic) and were so excited to finally be able to make it happen. The location is incredibly unique and special (you truly have to experience it to understand). I could have just parked the car here for 3 days and enjoyed myself in and around the little neighborhood- everything you need within walking distance. The carriage house was clean, modern and comfortable. The owner had just enough essentials To make you feel comfortable without it feeling cluttered or like you are staying in someone else’s personal space (which I have had in other VRBOs). Having the washer and dryer were a huge plus. The neighbors were so friendly - again something that isn’t always the case in many VRBOs. Just a few things to be aware of - the stairs to get into the carriage house are steep and there is no way to avoid them. We would absolutely stay here again. I come to CO often by myself to see family and this is one spot I would feel 100% comfortable staying in on my own. The hosts are close but not “too” close. No common walls. Great stay!

We stayed at the Nelson’s above garage apartment and it was such a blessing! It was way better than staying at a hotel! It’s located in a quiet and lovely little neighborhood. The place in of itself was super clean, organized, and well decorated. They stocked the kitchen area with everything we needed. There isn’t a dishwasher, but that was no biggie at all! Check in and check out process was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay again when we’re in town visiting family.

We loved everything about the carriage house. Perfect home base for our stay in Colorado. Longmont is an awesome place too, with plenty to do and restaurants. Linda communicated thoroughly and quickly. Loved all the small details in the carriage house. Perfect size for a couple, with all the amenities you need during your stay. Appreciated the desk to work on my laptop. Adorable neighborhood that felt safe and secure. The location is a perfect spot to get everywhere quickly. Thank you Linda!

This property is in a quiet, nice neighborhood that is near lots of restaurants and stores. It was clean, well decorated, and welcoming. We were able to have a short drive to the Rocky Mountains, Boulder, and Denver. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything about my stay was delightful. Linda and Chad were gracious, friendly and attentive, the carriage house was stocked with so many thoughtful items - including a steamer that came in handy for the suit I wore to a wedding - and the neighborhood is absolutely charming. Double thumbs up, deserves 10 stars!

The carriage house is above a garage with private stairway entry and keyless lock. Accommodations are perfect for 2 people with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable, rooms clean and it has a washer and dryer. Neighborhood is quaint and has several very good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Highly recommend!!
