Staff was very pleasant and helpful when you needed anything. However, a couple of dings on the fact that they offer your certain amenities free if you forget something, but didn't have those amenities to give you. Could not access door closest to our room because it didn't work, so we had to go around. Their breakfast they offered was very good. Also, ice machine was not working. They just need to work on their maintenance.

The room is very spacious and the bathroom is small, but adequate! Has everything we needed except for towel racks! I asked about that and was told they were to be put in soon. Evidently some remodeling had been done.
Breakfast was above average! Coffee was great!
