The hotel was centrally located near lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable and quiet. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t offer a free breakfast or coffee, but there was a coffee maker in the room. I was also surprised that I got charged $5 for parking. Either way it was the nicest option in the area.

With a very empty hotel they put screaming kids in the room next door i have very early flight and can not get any sleep thanks so much for being stupid There literally is a very small number of cars outside

I was super stoked initially and then kept noticing little things that really added up empty bottles left in the recycle bin, socks left in the hair dryer bag, nothing really cleared out from behind the desk/tables like pens and bottle caps. Then after having extended my stay an extra night and putting a do not disturb sign up someone came into my room without knocking or any warning. Should have locked the door

First room a/c thermostat wasn't working. They won't let you cool below 68°, I wanted cooler. Was cool at night, but latch on window was broken, couldn't open. Frig very small, had to press a button inside, to run it 2 hours.

This was a standard travel hotel except for one aspect. In the previous two weeks we had stayed at 5 different similar hotels and this was the only one where complimentary breakfast wasn't provided - not even coffee!

No breakfast was available. Which we had 5 rooms and had hoped to eat breakfast together. They did offer free coffee, but not what we were hoping for from a family wedding.

the reason for my great disappointment really didn't have much to do with the hotel as much as it was with the cold water in the pool. it was so cold we couldn't stand to be in it for more than a few seconds and high tail it into the hot tub. But, if I'm going to Raz them about their pool I've got to say that the staff treated us like royalty. Nate and Krysta went out of their way to help us with sight seeing destinations, great places to eat etc. Thank you folks

Housekeeping comes every other day they stated you throw your own trash away and give them your used towels in the room. We slept horrible the first night ac wasn’t as cold it would cool then the room was super hot and we kept waking up. Not to mention no continental breakfast. They have a Starbucks cafe which was nice with just bagels they basically ran out of everything 1 coffee 5 bagels $45 that was beyond rediculous I won’t be staying here again.

I had mistakenly made a duplicate booking through a travel app. When I arrived, the nice front desk person told me that they had seen the duplicate and were prepared to speak to a customer service rep from my travel app. I just needed to text chat with my travel app customer service. It would have been a very expensive mistake on my part. The front desk person (her name was Mary) cheerfully helped me get it reversed. I would stay again, pleasant staff, clean, quiet hotel.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The bistro people were very nice, but only one on duty at breakfast who had to take orders, cash money, cook, serve, and clean up. She got behind. Bed was clean but not so comfortable.

We liked the location to the wedding venue we were attending, Lone Hawk Farm. We were disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the cost of our room. I assume 4-5 star hotels offer a breakfast buffet. There was a "made-to-order' breakfast offered, but for a cost. Otherwise, we were pleased with everything else about our stay.

Unfortunately, the request I made for non-ground floor room wasn't addressed and they gave me a ground floor room the first night. However, was able to get upper floor room the other 2 days and they didn't charge me to park. The rooms were good and clean but need some updating. TV was very good. Don't know why they charge for parking. I think most other hotels in that area have free parking. Breakfast was very expensive for what you get. Not including breakfast in cost of stay is a big drawback, in my opinion.

I didn't like the access to the internet. In order to access the internet I had to give my email. When I did, the system said that the email was already in use. I did not know my email and I did not want to talk to someone. Email access should be easier and not a part of your marketing. Also, there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee.

I was shocked to receive a $5 charge for parking at checkout! I had no indication of this charge and had prepaid for my room. I'd rather pay $5 more for my room than get a surprise bill for parking! This isnt downtown Denver 😡!

I stayed at this Courtyard during a recent trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. The costumer service was excellent. Everyone was nice and even gave tips for hikes at the park. However, we were given the room right next to the lobby on the first floor and I was up many times throughout the night because of the noise. It sounded like people were hanging out in the hallway. We heard that the B*rstool Sports crew was staying there and there was a wedding, so I get it. It probably would have been a better stay if we were in a different room. But the bed also made my back stiff, too. The room itself was very clean and comfortable though. Great location as well.
