Nestled in Misquamicut, this charming cottage for $225 per night is a great option for your next break. This stylish little one bedroom two bathroom tiny house is 472 square feet. There's also a three season screened porch, landscaped yard, and multiple outdoor seating areas. The cottage sleeps three and pets are considered. The private wooded setting is tucked in a corner of a 1950's cottage colony just two miles from the Weekapaug Breachway and Misquamicut's sandy Atlantic beaches. A parking pass to Misquamicut's Wuskenau Beach is included for the summer season. Watch Hill, Charlestown, and downtown Westerly/Pawcatuck are minutes away, and all of Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut are within an hour's drive or ferry ride. Outside the cottage are two well appointed decks, gas grill, landscaped yard, outdoor shower, fire pit, and assigned parking. Inside living is nicely outfitted with all of the comforts of home including fresh towels and bed linens, a plush queen size bed, two tiled baths with showers, heat, air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary Beekman toiletries, cable tv, Roku, Wifi, clothes washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker and lovely three season screened porch. Comfortable place to hang your hat and kick back while visiting South County, Rhode Island's hidden gem.

Aside from the sometimes busy/noisy road 1 nearby, it is perfect. Not far from everything : beaches, ferry, Newport etc

Overall the experience was great. The “Tiny House” is perfect for a couple looking looking for a beach vacation. The host, Tony, could not have been more accommodating. This property is in a cottage community and I feel it has the prime location in the area if you want privacy and a beautiful backyard deck. With a pass to the Town beach, it was perfect for a beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was very receptive when we needed to contact him about a second parking space. The only issue we had was , we didn’t feel the cleanliness was 100%, which was surprising since that was mentioned in the past reviews and a big reason we chose the property. It was just little things like the bathroom shower soap was open and used had some hair in it when we arrived, and the toiletries left for us were opened and used. The towels had a few light stains on them also. There was also a musty cottage smell that made our allergies act up, though I think that’s pretty normal for an older cottage like this. Aside from those points, and maybe it is just us being more used to hotels vs Vrbo, it was a nice little rental. Very charming and nice decor. Would not have had more than 2 adults 1 child in terms of space, which worked for our needs.

the inside house was very neat and clean, everything we could or would need was available and in great condition, and we mean everything. We think that we may have been a early season stay, the outside of the house (porchs) could have used a little touch up, but that may have been the weather. All in all it is a great place and would stay again anytime. Thank for a great vacation

We loved our stay at this well appointed bungalow. Bed was super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with pans basic condiments ( thank you)! The yard is beautiful and many places to sit and enjoy the birds. The one time we needed to check in with Tony he was responsive, friendly and helpful. We would happily return!!

Tony has anticipated renter needs, found everything we needed from cookware to beach towels, and Tony was very responsive with the few questions we had. Definitely tiny, but great having two full baths.

We loved our stay here. The cottage was just perfect! With COVID numbers up, we did some takeout and ate in the screen room...and it was so lovely. I think the screen room was my favorite part. Tony was super helpful before and during our trip and was a wonderful host. The location is fantastic! We adored downtown Westerly.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October to visit the nearby vineyards. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay (including kitchen cookware and condiments). We used the grill and deck on nice nights, and loved the swing and outdoor space for our dog who vacationed with us. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Tony’s cottage. The pictures are very accurate, great communication throughout. Check in was self service and very easy. Would totally recommend staying here if you’re visiting westerly/mystic/Stonington area. Also loved the fire pit for the fall nights!
