About this house rental
This gorgeous modern property (built in 2012) is made up of two separate suites and is great for a large group wanting to stay together. It has 2 kitchens, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and sleeps up to 13 guests. It is in a central location (Main Street area) near public transit, parks, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants and only 20 minutes by taxi to the airport and downtown. You will be renting the entire property so you won’t be sharing with anyone else. The main house has five bedrooms (three up, one on the main and one in the basement) and can sleep 9. The two-bedroom basement suite has two queen beds and sleeps 4. These two are connected so it is just one big house.. The house has air conditioning, BBQ, a nice yard/garden, and is steps away from a nice park. You will be very comfortable here.
In the winter time, the two bedroom basement suite is rented so guests will only have access to the five bedroom main house.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 13 travelling from NZ for the World Cup to stay at. Handy location in a nice neighbourhood, close to local transport. Our host was an excellent host who answered any queries prior to and upon leaving his home. We met the lovely cleaner on arrival who was very helpful and accomodating with local knowledge. The whole home and facilities were top notch. Thanks very much for having us.

Our family of 13, from toddler to senior citizens, really enjoyed our one-week stay in this VRBO. The home is lovely and had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to lots of shops, restaurants, gardens, the airport, and downtown Vancouver sites. There is a park with green space, a playground, and tennis courts 1/2-block away. We made good use of both the front porch and back deck spaces. Parking was easy. Jason was very responsive to every question we had. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place!

The house was great. Well appointed and very clean. Property manager was very responsive each time I messaged him. This house worked great for our extended family. Lots of space in the kitchen to gather around. Several decent places to get groceries, wine and take out near by.
