Situated in Seattle, this charming condo for $175 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to this custom designed ground level apartment in the desirable Belvidere neighborhood of West Seattle. Every detail was thoughtfully created to maximize every inch of it's swanky 800 square feet of spacious living. Recently completed in January 2019, this property personifies the Pacific Northwest with a modern twist. You are greeted with polished pebble concrete floors, expansive ice white kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances and charcoal stained maple cabinetry. Every inch showcases the raw beauty of stone and wood finishes with grand knotty alder barn doors leading you into the master bedroom and full size bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is accented by ambient lighting under the counters, below and above the cabinets. It has the cookware every guest needs, deep sink, instant hot water dispenser and a breakfast bar with room for 4 in addition to a bistro table as an optional dining area. Enjoy a little downtime reading a book at the deep-seated new couch that houses a queen-sized memory foam pull-out bed and large ottoman with storage. You can also kick-back and stream live TV, listen to Pandora or binge watch on Netflix and Amazon Prime provided by your hosts. Settle down for the night in the luxurious king-sized 14" gel memory foam bed. The master closet has automated lighting along with plenty of space for clothes, shoes and hanging your personal items. The soothing aqua-blue full bathroom features heated floors with weathered wood-grain tile, backlit mirror and an amazing rainhead shower. The laundry center has a large capacity washer/dryer and utility sink which is shared with the owners living above but with your own secure access. No stairs to navigate, this property has ample street parking less than 10' from the front door and it's own private access by keycode. Though it is a shared home, the house was built with this in mind. The ceilings are double layered sheetrock with twice the amount of insulation between floors. The venting is self-contained and not shared with the rest of the home. The floor mainly used by the hosts is two levels above with their access to the home on a different side of the house.

This was the perfect location in Seattle what a great find! It was super clean and being able to do laundry was pretty convenient! We loved this stay so much. It was just as the listing described it. The hosts were very responsive when I contacted them. The location was in a very cute neighborhood. The place was clean and had everything you might need. We didn’t cook there but you could if needed. It was a very relaxing stay!

Often times we have rented VRBO places and never knew what to expect. But this property far exceeded expectations. The house was in a well-manicured neighborhood, overlooking mountains in the distance. The property was clean and well-appointed. It is clear that the needs of the people were anticipated. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family.

This was one of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed in. And we have rented numerous times all over. The actual unit was better than the photos and description. This is a very rare occurrence. We loved the neighborhood, the access and the quiet. The owners deserve to be proud of the beautiful and comfortable environment they have created. We will recommend it to any of our friends making a trip to Seattle. And we will be back!

The apt is a spacious, well appointed, one bedroom with a full kitchen and "Seattle" decor (soft greys, blues, wood) in excellent condition, It has good natural light, located on a hill in a quiet, green, upscale West Seattle neighborhood with views of distant mountains. I have family in W. Seattle, so it was perfect for me. No close public transportation, but with a car the shops, restaurants and downtown are easy to get to.

We had a wonderful stay here it is just as it’s pictured. Very clean, well stocked and super comfy bed!! Beautiful neighborhood close to all West Seattle has to offer and easy to get to downtown. This property provides a well-appointed, spotless and comfortable stay. It is located in a convenient, walkable area near the Junction and North Admiral neighborhoods which offer great dining, cocktail and entertainment venues, and local shopping options. The owners are very personable and followed up with us during our visit to ensure a quality stay. Convenient street side parking. Check-in process was easy. Excellent wi-fi. The bed was very comfortable. High quality linens and accessories. The kitchen was well-equipped including basic condiments, spices, coffee, etc. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay there again on a future return visit to Seattle.

This place was amazing. Very modern, clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Check in was a breeze. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The home was about 10 min from downtown Seattle, 30 minutes from the big nice casino and in a great area for food and shopping. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Stay here! We stayed at this location while visiting Seattle. The location is about 20 minutes from the city and we knew that, we didn’t mind traveling in everyday. The location was great for us. We loved how beautiful, clean and homey it felt. There is a local beach close by and it is beautiful. There are local restaurants as well. We had a great stay!

We stopped here for a few days after our trip to Hawaii to visit a friend in West Seattle. What a great place to stay. great location in West Seattle, you can see mountains from the street outside. The property was really well furnished and very clean. All the furnishings are updated, communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing to improve on would be to get some room darkening shades for the bedroom.

Our daughter and I stayed here while sightseeing in the Seattle area and Cascade mountains. It was centrally located and convenient for us. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It has a full kitchen if you are interested in cooking and a full bath. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay!

The residence perfectly met our needs for a weeks stay. It was comfortable and well equipped. In addition to being esthetically well appointed, it is spotlessly maintained. In an era where bathtubs out transiting out of many homes, it was so nice to have access to one. The rain showerhead with good water pressure was appreciated as well!
