The apartment was well equipped with everything that you could need except a washing up bowl! There was a lovely quiet swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartment block was 10 storeys high which was perfect for myself as I have a balance problem and being in a lift too high up sets this off. The apartment was on a floor of 3 flats and was very quiet at night….no door banging/shouting etc! Had a problem with the button on the toilet flush breaking but contacted Benidormbooking.com who resolved the problem that day.
There wasn’t anything I could find that I didn’t like about the property but I it was on the main strip Calle Gerona and the partying goes on until very late/early morning but this didn’t bother us in the slightest and we were all in our 60’s.

Las zonas comunes muy muy limpias !
Tiene un solo aire acondicionado y 2 venir cual no las puedes dejar encendida que te mueres de dolor de cabeza!
La plaza de gara horrorosa si no teneis un coche xs no podrias aparcar! Las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mano a la obra!

The location is amazing, incredibly close to the beach! Also, the owner is wonderful – super polite, helpful, and provided excellent communication. As a nice bonus, the apartment actually had a hairdryer provided, which was great.
The only minor downside was that the hairdryer wasn't mentioned in the property description, so I unnecessarily packed my own. Also, it can get quite noisy at night, but earplugs completely solved that for us.
