Easy to get to from train. Friendly staff. Luggage hold was convenient. The rooms were beautiful.

We arrived even earlier than expected from an overnight flight - at 7:20 am! However, we were provided excellent information in advance how to get in, were warmly greeted, and generously offered a cappuccino, and then given an open room early. Giselle, and the other staff there, could not have been more accommodating. The room was impeccably clean and a great place for an overnight stay.
We also loved Gelateria Giuffrè (really a cafe open all day) - just downstairs and next door - for a nice, light breakfast the next day.

The staff, room cleanliness and breakfast option were all excellent
Our room (106) was very noisy due to outdoor traffic and other tenants who occupied the upstairs apartment. We appreciate this is beyond the hotel’s control but wanted to make other guest aware
