Staff were amazing and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the mercato. We appreciated being able to make cappuccino in the morning as well as fill up our water bottles for the day.
A little bit of a walk to the major sites. Also I wish there were more of a variety of restaurants around.

Very central, easy check in and check out process, quick responsiveness from host
Only comment would be that the AC can’t go any lower than 24C, so the room was always a little warm for me. I believe there are limits in terms of AC temps for this type of hotel, but just to flag for anyone who likes it cool inside.

The technology didn’t work very well. My code didn’t open the room door so I asked for a key. The WiFi didn’t work at all, despite using the correct password which was frustrating.
The Tea bags were not replaced when I used them.
The room did not seem to have been hoovered and I don’t think it was while I was there (3 days).
