Location. Space - the apartment was large, and there was a beautiful balcony to watch the boats sail on the canal.
Stairs. I should have maybe read this in advance but was difficult to lug suitcases up the stairs with no lift.
Breakfast was catered. But largely continental: yoghurt, milk, fruit juice, water and pre-packaged confectionary. Its a situation where the apartment is stocked with these items, slightly different from a conventional inclusive breakfast.
No washing facilities that I could find.

Location and the host was very nice.
Very near to Vapollet station Crea as well as the rail station of Venezia S.L..
As for the co-host, she was just amazing. We have enjoyed real Italian hospitality and communication. She also has an acute sense of business and cleanliness.
We stayed on the second floor and it has narrow balcony facing to the canal. So we could enjoy spumante in the evening feeling canal breeze.

Generally nothing but if I may point out for more convenience for mu next stay,
recommend to wear mosquito spray before reaching at the venue because the door key needs a bit tips and tricks to open.

Nice and large apartment. Warm welcome from a friend of the owner.
The apartment is just over a restaurant and it is very noisy until 1 hour of the morning. Also from 8am in the morning. Specially when they move all the tables in or out and shut the big metal door. Also we were unlucky but the guests from upstairs left at 5am and, as it is an old building, we were completely awaked by the sound of their walk and everything else. During more than 1 hour ! Our nights were not good, our's children too. We expected something else after reading the other comments.
