Nice location. Modern design. Fantastic terrace and room service.
Rooms with no windows, thus no airflow, no daylight. So basically, sleeping a closed box.

Very peaceful street.
Beautifully designed and decorated hotel
BU some rooms are not flat to access - it's a brilliantly re-designed house but has its limitations
No on site catering available - tho' they have a relationship with a local café
Root terrace views are stunning

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, The room was a nice size and clean.
I had two main issues which affected my stay:
1. The hot water in the shower didnt last long enough for 2 people to have a shower with warm water.
2. The aircon is controlled centrally, which in a room with no windows is not cool. We constantly had to leave the room door open to cool down the room (which for us was too warm) and couldnt put the aircon on to dehumidify the room, which would have been nice.
