The variety of food. excellent 'egg' service
At breakfast, the service was very mixed. My husband was ill so I had to go down several days on my own and I felt quite ignored and had to really get attention to get tea.

The location is perfect. The staff are amazing, courteous and friendly. We stayed in a deluxe room which was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great and very varied. Lots to choose from. Spa is great. Pool area is lovely.

The pool and little beach area is really great, and so is the gym - it’s not big but you have everything you need and the equipment is new and clean.
24/7 room service is very handy too. Not a massive menu but does the job, though overpriced.
Room service and housekeeping were very lovely people, every single one of them.
The staff - specifically front desk and hospitality, exceptionally poor customer service skills, not even a hello or a smile. Very disappointing for a hotel with such prices and they could all do with some basic training.
Carisma Spa is awful. They advertise themselves as a high end spa but it’s all made of cheap plastic and looks very bad and cheap. I paid $180 for a 55 minute massage and it started late and finished early, and when I mentioned that the staff were indifferent, just horrible.
The interior while big, is very worn and old.
