A few nights city trip in Boston

Great location, great ammenities, beautiful room, had everything I needed. Great service and appartment was impeccably clean. I liked that they did bin collection every few days.

The online service portal and giving them my credit card info for a security deposit was not what I am used to and comfortable with and it was very difficult for me to do with a European credit card. I had to ask a friend of mine in Europe to do it for me as the system kept asking me to confirm with my bank's card reader, which I did not have with me. Staff was not helpful and I absolutely had to arrange it, it was not possible to do it any other way. I did not like this aspect at all. This studio was expensive and a lot more than what I would spend in Europe but worth the money.

A quiet place in walking distance to all the life of downtown Boston.

The location is simply phantastic, -- walking / bicycling distance to almost everything in Boston and nevertheless a rather quiet street.

The workmanship of the sanitary installations need attention, -- but everything was fixed as I informed the host.

Overall, it's a decent place, but in order for me to reserve again, I would need to know that basic details below were addressed and maintained: There were several things in the studio that need to be updated / improved: 1. The toilet paper holder was broken 2. The towel bar was broken 3. There was no door on the closet. I really did not want to see the items that were there. 4. The windows were not properly sealed- making the area near them very drafty on a windy cold day 5. There were very loud neighbors above me multiple nights in a row.

Great view. Great location. Washer and dryer.

The rooms lock didn't function consistently. The coffee pot was broken. Not enough kitchen towels. Kitchen pots and pans were subpar. Bathroom sliding doors weren't working well. Couch was old and discolored. Bed side table legs were falling apart. It had to be supported by the dresser. I should have asked for a lower floor. The steps were a problem. No option to get detergent at the property. No dish soap.

Location was reasonable

Access to premises up on 3rd floor with heavy bags a real struggle. Stairs narrow and step. Premises left in good condition but the security deposit not reversed after leaving premises for 5 days. This is unsatisfactory.

great location, with no amenities

We loved the location. It really felt like a neighborhood and easy to use public transport and find restaurants and cafes and bars.

First the door lock was difficult and the code didn’t work, it required calls and explicit directions that were not included in instructions. second it was dusty, the freezer door had broken off so everything in frig was too cold, the shower leaked, the windows didn’t open and there were no light blocking curtains. The bed was not comfortable and the air conditioning was from 1985…. loud and inefficient. when it did cool down there were no extra blankets. Overall we did feel that the location did make all the issues inside feel insignificant. For me I’d prefer a hotel, there was no late check out or early check in, no place to hold our luggage, no one to ask questions to. Luckily we knew the area.

Nice efficiency apartment in an historic area of Boston.

Great location with many very good restaurants in close proximity. The area was walkable and very safe. Necessary services were within walking distance. The unit was very clean with a comfortable bed.

There were several items requiring repair. One was completed while others were not. Overall, it did not adversely affect our stay. Third floor unit with narrow stairs. This might be a challenge for some guests.

Great location, disappointing apartment

Not clean enough, hair in sink and tub, calking around tub broken and grimy, floor looked like it had not been swept. Numerous small broken things, automatic coffee pot missing handle, hard to use, broken hinge on toilet seat, missing doorknob on closet, etc. Minimal cooking supplies, only one drinking glass. No soap provided, no cleaning supplies, highly doubt they are following heightened covid cleaning protocol as claimed. Could hear everything from adjacent unit. Fantastic location, good price for Boston if they would just show the place a little love.

Pleasant

The location was very convenient.

The walls were very thin. I could hear all the voices in the apartment. The cleaning was very poor. There were many damages to the flat. The flat needs to be applied to pest control.
