About this house rental
Located in Wichita, this attractive house for $130 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. When you enter, you are walking into a Home that is nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need as if it were your own “Home Away” from Home! More importantly, it is Norwex cleaned “Chemical free” from the laundry standpoint to the products used for proper cleaning. “Shoes off” policy eliminates many of the contaminates from entering in the home also. The environment is animal and smoke free also. This allows Anyone to be able to stay safely and comfortably within the Home. Tracey will show you around the house quickly and you are left with the privacy of the whole property surrounded by horses on this 1 acre lot that sits on the north end of Wichita with easy access to the interstate to get you quickly to any part of town within 15 minutes with no traffic. Plenty of parking Available. The back covered deck is a favorite spot to sit during the growing seasons overlooking the established perennial garden and beyond it are horses you can view and a lawn large enough to enjoy outdoor activities! The hottub is Available for rent for a one time fee during your stay of $25 upon arrival and a signed waiver. Tracey has earned Super Host all quarters on a different site also and is excited to join Home Away to attract more guests that may be traveling through or to Wichita! Hope to meet you soon!!!

We absolutely loved staying at this peaceful and beautiful home! Tracy was very welcoming, responsive, and a gracious host. The house was awesome and will be our go to home away from home when we travel through Wichita.

Tracey was an amazing host. She was very quick to answer her phone and answer any questions that I had. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The grounds at the back porch was a very wonderful place to drink my coffee and enjoy the surroundings. The hot tub was drained and refilled upon my arrival which was very comforting. The pecan cinnamon rolls that were delivered exactly at the time requested kept them warm and delicious. I will most definitely stay there again when I’m in the Wichita area. My husband and two friends had a quick overnight stay while passing through instead of getting a hotel. Tracey, the owner couldn't have been better and more accommodating. The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities they needed. The house was on the end of a quiet road and they were able to easily access the highway to continue on their travels. Highly recommend and can't say enough good things about the Host, Tracey! She is amazing!

This house is on a dead-end road in a very quiet neighborhood. It was equipped with everything we needed for a weekend stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. Tracey is a really great host and was quickly available when we needed something. Highly recommend!

Comfortable home in a quiet safe neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outdoors on the deck enjoying the woods, flowers, birds and butterflies. We even saw a horse and buggy go by! Location was great, close to everything we needed. Kitchen was large and very well equipped to make a family meal. Plenty of room, comfortable home and Tracey was so welcoming and wonderful to work with. Thank you Tracey - we enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I loved this place, we went here for a church conference and it was a lovely place to come home each night!
We didn't take advantage of the hottub or the fireplace but if we come back in the winter we will for sure!

A group of 6 women stayed here after a concert at Hartman Arena. It was very easy to get there from this location. It was a beautiful location although we didn’t have time to enjoy the outside much. Tracy was a wonderful host! The house had everything we needed and then some.

What a great property! Located perfect for the places we needed to go. Great hosts! We were greeted upon arrival and got a walk through to familiarize us with the property. Tracey even had homemade cinnamon rolls for us! The house was presented accurately on VRBO, it was clean and it had a real feel of home. It was a short trip for us, so the only thing that would have made it better would have been to be able to spend more time at the property itself! We plan on staying there again when we’re back in Wichita!

Garden of Eden! The property was on a dead-end road surrounded by trees and gardens, but just down the road from the grocery store/gas stations/restaurants.
The house was clean and fully stocked with all the extras. Let's just say we should have checked in before shopping. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee (varieties), condiments galore and so much more.
The owners were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Tracy made us home-made caramel, pecan cinnamon rolls. Delicious! We needed a drill to finish off a project, they dropped one off. They heard our 14-year-old was into music and played the piano, Curtis brought down a keyboard for him to try out. They gave us all the privacy we wanted but were friendly and very welcoming. They even joined our kids for a karaoke jam session.
Oh, the hot tub was working, much to our surprise. It was soooo relaxing. Don't need to bring towels, they supply them too. If we find ourselves in KS again, we will definitely stay here.

The check-in process was so smooth when we arrived at an immaculately clean house just off of the beaten path so it was nice and quiet but also close enough to be convenient to visit all of the major local sites

We had a great few days at this home set on a beautiful wooded lot. Everything we needed (and much more!) was stocked, and Tracey and Charles were quite hospitable and available if we needed anything. The home was spotless and the hot tub was as well. Five stars!

We had such a wonderful stay! Enjoyed a lot of wonderful hot tub soaks in the cold. Communication was wonderful and hosts were so so kind! We were able to get away with the kids for the first time in years and felt comfortable right away. We would love to come back in the spring to see the beautiful gardens.

Great getaway house
Such a hidden little gem. Felt like we were tucked away from everything but still within driving distance for Ubers etc. Tracey is an amazing host. We were treated like family and the house is great. Thanks again!!! We will definitely be back. ❤️
