About this house rental
When you enter, you are walking into a Home that is nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need as if it were your own “Home Away” from Home! The home is cleaned & disinfected w Norwex and the laundry products are clear free. All blankets, pillows, sheets, etc are safely individually bagged and stored to ensure cleanliness. Our “Shoes off” policy eliminates many of the contaminates from entering in the home also. The environment is animal and smoke/vape free also. This allows Anyone to be able to stay safely and comfortably within the Home. The home is one level w few steps entering so it’s easy access to entering w those with disabilities. Tracey makes homemade cinnamon rolls for her guests when she is available to do so and shares her recipes if requested. She will send you a door code the morning of but prefers to show you around the house quickly so she can meet her guests in person and you are left with the privacy of the whole property surrounded by large sycamore trees, cardinals, & neighboring horses on this 1 acre lot that sits on the north end of Wichita with easy access to the interstate to get you quickly to any part of town within 15 minutes with no traffic. Plenty of safe parking is Available. Many guest describe this property as “an oasis”. The back covered deck is a favorite spot to sit during the growing seasons overlooking the established perennial garden or the moon passing through the opening of the tree branches covering the private back yard. The hottub is Available for rent for a one time fee during your stay of $25 upon arrival and a signed waiver. Tracey has earned Super Host all quarters every year on a different site also and is excited to join Home Away 2019 / now VRBO to attract more guests that may be traveling through or to Wichita, Ks! Was a wonderful stay. The house is so nice and clean. The backyard is huge. The host are amazing and answer every quickly. They help with any questions you have and are so sweet and respectful. Overall an amazing stay!
