About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gas stations, liquor stores, parks and minutes from downtown.
The space
The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached to them, and there is a half bath located off the dining room. The space is decorated with artwork that displays abstract nudity, most are picture throughout the images but I have had a couple guests be surprised so I mention it in the listing now!
The backyard is fenced in and has a little playground/ swing set for children. The house has a large front porch with seating and lights ( they need to be plugged in to be used).
Guest access
The entire house expect the basement. But basement can be used for shelter in the event of a tornado.

My third time staying at this place! I seek this place out anytime I'm passing through Wichita. Great neighborhood, easy access to freeway, comfortable, clean home with cool art.

It was a fairly run of the mill bnb. We only stayed for one night and it served our purposes well for the trip, but I’m glad we didn’t stay much longer. Really good if you’re looking for a budget option for a large group. The decor may not be to everyone’s liking.
