This completely private unit is located on one side of a charming duplex, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience—whether you're here for work, rest, or a little bit of both.
🛋️Inside you'll find:
-A cozy living room with a plush couch and large smart TV (binge-watch ready 🍿)
-A dining table with seating for 4—great for meals or getting some work done
-A fully equipped kitchen with the essentials for light cooking and, of course, your morning coffee ☕
-A private bedroom featuring:
~Queen bed with an ultra-comfy mattress (yes, the one with **73,000+ 4.5-star reviews** on Amazon!)
~Blackout curtains for uninterrupted rest
~A dresser so you can fully unpack and feel at home
-A newly remodeled bathroom with sleek, modern updates—we even provide starter toiletries and paper goods
-Full-size washer & dryer located in the basement for any laundry needs during your stay 🧺

-Within 10 minutes of Wesley Medical Center and Ascension St. Francis
-Just a block from College Hill & Revolutsia—a local hotspot for dining and shopping
-5+ coffee shops within a mile (because caffeine = love ❤️)
-Peaceful neighborhood that's central but quiet—ideal for short or longer stays
Guest Access:
You will have full access to this completely private unit.
Other Things to Note:
Note on Wi-Fi: This unit shares a high-speed internet connection with the other unit. The modem box may be located in the neighboring unit, so while wireless coverage is strong, physical access to the modem for Ethernet/hardwiring is only available by request during turnover periods.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a one-week supply of essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and paper towels.
