Welcome to your home away from home! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, ideal for traveling professionals, couples, or business travelers.

You will have access to this entire private unit. The front porch is shared with the neighboring unit, so you may get to know a friendly face next door throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Uptown area of Wichita, KS- this home is a few blocks from College Hill and Revolutia, two areas of town with dining and shopping options! The streets of Uptown are lined with mature trees and historic homes.
Getting Around:
A designated uncovered parking spot is available for this unit on the freshly poured driveway. Several bus stops are also available along nearby streets of Central and Hillside.
Other Things to Note:
Note on Wi-Fi: This unit shares a high-speed internet connection with the other unit. The modem box may be located in the neighboring unit, so while wireless coverage is strong, physical access to the modem for Ethernet/hardwiring is only available by request during turnover periods.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a one-week supply of essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and paper towels.
