This completely private 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit located on one side of a duplex is ready to be your personal retreat! Our favorite things about this place:

The Space:
Enter through the front door into the living room where you will see a cozy couch with a large smart TV for binging your favorite shows! As you walk through the unit, a dining area with seating for 4 is perfect for your meals or to use as a workspace if needed. The kitchen is equipped with essentials for cooking simple meals or brewing a cup of coffee!
In the bedroom you will find a Queen sized bed with a highly rated mattress for comfort, room darkening curtains and a dresser to unpack and relax throughout your day. The newly renovated bathroom will have you feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the day! We provide starter toiletries and paper goods as well.
A full size washer and dryer is located in the basement for any laundry needs during your stay. This home is the perfect space for a solo or couple traveling and looking for a place to call home away from home.

Uncovered parking is available in the driveway and also on the street directly in front of the home.
Other Things to Note:
Note on Wi-Fi: This unit shares a high-speed internet connection with the other unit. The modem box may be located in the neighboring unit, so while wireless coverage is strong, physical access to the modem for Ethernet/hardwiring is only available by request during turnover periods.
Although light street noise may be heard, the bedroom sits on the back end of the unit making for a restful nights sleep!
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a one-week supply of essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and paper towels.
