Great location and facilities, having the driveway was super handy. The apartment had everything we required for a short stay but is also equipped for a longer visit.

The property has a good location to get in to city centre (Zone 2). This is the only positive I think.
On arrival in the kitchen we had a really bad smell, which took us some time to figure out where is it coming from. At the end we had to move out the fridge to garden area to get rid of this smell. Turned out the fridge compressor tray was dirty and had food left over (most probably milk) and created a really bad smell when the fridge was on. After we told all of this to owner, he came next day and cleaned it, but to arrive to an apartment with this waiting for us was not pleasant at all.
General cleaning in the property was not to our standard.
Building and apartment is old and needs a refurbishment in our view.
I requested invoice for our stay twice now (when I paid for the booking and when we left), so far invoice is not received.
