Situated in Steamboat Springs, this charming condo for $377 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Stunning, private, yet close to it all! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury condo located in downtown Steamboat Springs will satisfy all your needs, whether you are visiting in the winter or summer. Amazing views of the Yampa River and historic Howelsen Hill ski area are definitely included, with a choice of 2 decks providing the most coveted views for fireworks over Howelsen Hill. Gourmet kitchen, island bar, open plan to the dining room and living room are everything you want for your vacation. The dining table looks out at the historic Howelson Hill ski area/Emerald Mountain. The living area with a NEW sleeper sofa and cozy fireplace is open to the kitchen and dining area. The covered main level deck has a gas grill and outdoor dining table. The one bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. Head up the stairs to the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and ensuite full bath with a bathtub. The spacious primary suite is also upstairs, complete with a fireplace and the primary bathroom with his and her vanities, a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the upstairs patio. Need to do laundry while on vacation? Take advantage of the upstairs laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This luxurious downtown condo includes 2 dedicated parking spots in the underground garage, with an elevator to your floor. During ski season, the property also offers a ski locker for 2 at the base of the ski mountain. Interior highlights include a new sofa sleeper in the living room, a 55" Ultra High Definition Samsung TV and a Sonos Playbar sound system for watching movies and easy to play music for the living area with the Sonos app on your smartphone. New high end patio furniture is available for you on the top floor patio with a killer fire pit! Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions. Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc… You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection covering up to $3000 and a cleaning fee. River View Villa is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding! Cancellation Policy: Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited. Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited. Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 24 hours after booking. After 24 hours we charge a $50 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations). This property is in a great location in Steamboat. Check in was super easy, any messages to host were quickly responded to. I was even surprised how quiet and well appointed the condo was. Highly recommend! We would stay again for sure!

Master bath drain does not flow correctly. Pools i. Shower, the steam operation did operate but not correctly, maybe due to the drain issue idk. The dryer did not work.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo right downtown Steamboat Springs. The perfect location for a walk near the river, a stroll to the shops and restaurants, a short drive to local attractions for hiking, and site seeing. It is also very roomy and perfect for a family to have enough space for people to hang out without feeling on top of each other. One thing I would recommend is that they check the supplies. We made a lot of dinners, and although there is enough silverware, plates, and pots and pans, there are no condiments (like mustard, catsup, for instance) other than some spices and no can opener that works, nor sharp knives. Just attention to those things would make a big difference. Especially since it is a very expensive stay.

Check in was a breeze, the unit was very clean, and everything worked as designed. The location downtown off 10th which gives access to both the downtown shopping and dinning, river, bike/walk trail, and rodeo grounds. We plan to return!

The communications prior to check-in were all wonderfully helpful. Everything was as advertised. The location was fantastic and within walking distance to everything in town. Everything was clean and organized and contained all the cooking utensils we needed. We were surprised by how spacious the condo was and were thankful for the A/C. We used and enjoyed both decks. We recommend.

A great place in the middle of everything Steamboat. So convenient to walk or bike to the wonderful restaurants Steamboat has to offer. Walk downstairs for a warm doughnut at Powder Day Doughnuts. We loved the convenience to the river and the bike/ walking path.

Excellent, large condo in heart of downtown. Above a donut shop! 1 block from the river. Near the shops and restaurants. Large. More than enough space for a family of 4. 2 large balconies. Ski locker was a great convenience. Well stocked kitchen.
Only big issue was that the condo wasn't ready at the stated time - cleaners were still there. Management company said it was a busy weekend. Minor issue was we couldn't get a fireplace to work. Overall, the quality of the condo and the location more than made up for those issues.

Great condo with a great downtown location
This condo was perfect for our family of three but could have comfortably fit many more. Plenty of room, comfy beds, great bathrooms. Very close proximity to Howelson Hill which was great for us because our son is a member of the SSWSC which practices on the hill. Its a 10 min drive to Steamboat mountain but its a very easy drive. Overall a great property!
