Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this lovely house for $443 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Highly sought after, 4 bedroom, 4 bath Mountaineer townhome, spread out among 3 levels, sleeps 10! Enjoy the NEW private hot tub (Spring 2022) from your deck while taking in the fresh mountain air or head to the communal outdoor pool right across from the property (only for guests staying at Memories on Mountaineer, not friends of guests!).Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and during ski season. With a full size 2 car garage to store your cars and gear in, winter or summer this property is spectacular!! Looping shuttle during the ski season makes getting to the slopes a breeze! Lower level includes the 2 car garage, entryway, 1 ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 ensuite bedroom with 1 day bed with a trundle and 1 twin bunk bed (sleeps 4). 2nd level hosts the main living space, dining room and kitchen with the deck and the NEW private hot tub. This level also includes a queen bedroom with a private door to the full bathroom which also has access from the living space. The full size washer and dryer are on this level. Walk up to the 3rd level, and you are standing in the loft area overlooking the living room. Then turn into the large primary bedroom with a quiet seating area to enjoy along with your own private bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub. ****HOA Restrictions Please Read: The HOA has a policy of not allowing sports teams and players to stay at their property. If you are visiting for Triple Crown, Soccer, Lacrosse or visiting any other sports, whether for adults or kids, please select another one of our great properties. They also have strict guidelines pertaining to quiet hours, parking and use of the pool, please inquire for more information! **** Memories on Mountaineer is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding! Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions. Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc… You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection covering up to $3000 and a cleaning fee. Cancellation Policy: Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited. Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited. Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 24 hours after booking. After 24 hours we charge a $50 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations). We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control. We loved our stay at Mountaineer and the location was perfect. Shuttle picked up outside our door. Unit was clean and everything was as expected. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect family vacation spot. We loved having it close enough to get into town easily while also being removed from the busyness of town. The house fit our group comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped for the many meals we cooked. The only negative I can say is the lack of air conditioning. We overlooked that detail and were caught off guard when arriving to an extremely hot house. It took a while to cool down the first day we were there but thankfully, we were able to track down fans for the bedrooms and figure out a system to help the other days not get quite so hot.

This has to be one of the cleanest homes we have ever rented. The home is gorgeous and the amenities are generous. The location is perfect. Our only complaint is the lack of AC during the summer. The high was 86 and inside was the same temperature. We will definitely visit again when it’s cooler next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Memories on The Mountain. It was warm cozy feeling and you just felt very comfortable staying there. We are hoping to stay here again next year for the annual Mustang Round up that Steamboat hosts every Fathers Day Weekend. Thank you for everything.

With four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, this place was extremely comfortable for a friend group trip to Steamboat! The hot tub was a great addition and the garage made for easy ski storage. The shuttle does stop running regularly by late March, but we were able to call it every time we needed it.

Memories on Mountaineer was a perfect four bedroom place. Close to the mountain and on the automatic shuttle loop. Owners and property manager were highly responsive. Place was beautifully furnished, super clean and nice touches that made us welcomed and comfortable. Five star place.

We absolutely loved staying in this house. It was spacious, clean and very close to downtown. The private hot tub was a bonus right on the porch to enjoy the views and soak away the stress.

Really great place and one of the few with a private hot tub. Plenty of bedrooms and super great location for getting to and from the mountain. Only negative was the furniture in the front room was not very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Christmas and Mountaineer

Family vacation in Steamboat
We had a great time in this beautiful home. It fit our 3 families perfectly- every bed was used! We noticed a few things that could be fixed (broken handle on the windows due in main floor bedroom, a ripped comforter and a few pillows) but we loved the pool across the street, the private hot tub, and nice kitchen and living areas. It was pretty stuffy when we arrived but we opened all windows at night and closed during the day. It was still warm in evenings but it was 90 degrees the week we were there and we had the pool to cool off! The only annoying thing was Loud sprinklers during the night that kept us up in the lowest bedroom, they were hitting the window well and making quite a sound!
We loved the location and appreciated being able to check in early the day we arrived! We would recommend this place for sure.

Amazing Place to Stay in Steamboat!
We loved our stay here! The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and even had most of the extra stuff you may need (salt and pepper, pam spray, etc). Having 4 bathrooms was great. I was there with my sister, her husband and 2 kids and it was a great size for us. The hot tub was a great perk and we used it every day! It's a pretty short walk to the village (less than 10 minutes) but the shuttle was a great option when we were skiing so we didn't have to lug our gear. It also came within about 2 minutes every time! Also, just a short drive to downtown where there were lots of great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Steamboat! Thanks for the great memories!

The description of the property was correct. It is a spacious house. Plenty of room. We arrived earlier than expected 3ish and check in is at 4pm, we asked the house keeper if we could leave our bags there and go walking, she said yes but later got a text from property management that we were in violation of code. So I will warn if you have any chance on getting there early you will have to figure something out with all your luggage, t here isn't a lobby or anything like that which you can use to store until the unit is ready. We noticed the hot tub was cloudy but the scheduled day for cleaning was Tuesday, we were going to talk to the person coming to look at it. He came when we were out and once again we got a note from the property manager that they had to refill the hole thing and insinuated that we had done the damaged. We had used it once. Lesson learned make sure you check everything out very closely and take pictures if you can. Report immediately! We didn't want to be high maintenance of have people in/out fixing things while we were there. The rooms downstairs are nice cause it has one bunk room and one queen room. We stayed there cause we have small kids and it was easier for them to access us in the night if needed. There is a boiler located by the bedrooms there. It is VERY loud. My kids could not sleep through the night as it was making a lot of noise. I don't know if anything can be done about that but just FYI. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location is perfect and shuttle is quick and on demand so you can roll out with your ski boots and be there in a minute.

Highly Recommend!
This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. Having a bathroom in each bedroom makes a huge difference in group trips and there was plenty of bed space for everyone! You can easily call a free shuttle to the mountain / downtown and are not far from either in terms of drive time. We will be back!

This townhome feels more like a stand-alone property due to its large main area, windows, high ceilings, and large patio. There is plenty of room for three couples to each have their own rooms and for four children to each have his/her own bunk bed. Additionally, there is a loft area right outside of the master bedroom with a comfy pull-out sofa if additional sleeping space is needed. The kitchen is a good and generally well-equipped (the only thing that appeared to be losing was a ladle). There is plenty of seating at the bar and in the dining room. Because we visited in the summer, we spent a lot of time on the patio off of the living room and there was space for all six of us. The private hot tub was super nice to have and it was perfect to have the pool right across the street. We brought our mountain bikes with us and our girls (ages 14 and 12) enjoyed riding them into the village to shop and get ice cream. The bedrooms are not small, but not huge (except for the master— which is quite large). All of the bedrooms have a private bathroom expert for the bedroom on the main floor which has two doors — one into the main floor bedroom and one into the kitchen hallway/bar area. It is not noticeable and the couple in that room could not care less that it was shared with the main space.
There beds were comfortable, it is a close drive into town, the Village, ands numerous other summer fun: Strawberry Hot Springs, floating the Yampa, hiking Fish Creek Falls, etc. There were towels available for the hot tub, plenty of bath towels, and float-noodles for the pool. You’ll have a great time at this place.

Mountaineer Memories
We had a wonderful time at this property. The house accommodated all of of easily. The neighbors were very nice. The only glitch was none of us could get the wifi to work for us.

Mountaineer = Awesome!
We had two families share five days together in this home. Super clean, fully stocked, and plenty of space for kids and parents to spread out on different floors. Hot tub broke at one point. We called the property management and they fixed it on the same day. Pool is super close, so parents can see kids swimming down below.
Only two negatives: no AC, so summer days made indoors very warm until early morning (understandable as it’s very rarely hot in the mountains). And this is a retirement community with mainly year round residents, so there are a lot of rules to adhere to on the property. Everyone we talked to was friendly, however, so we must have followed the rules well! (We have older teen/preteen kids)

Great location within walking distance to the mt. base via trails. The 3 levels to the home make it easy to have young children located such that naps, etc. can be held with no disrupptions.

Three families, six adults and five children enjoyed staying at Memories on Mountaineer. The Four Seasons Steamboat folks were fabulous to work with and the property was beautiful. We were blessed with abundant snow (15" on the third day of our trip), so we had a great time skiing. The hot tub was well used by everyone in our party. Would have preferred queen sized beds in the two lower bedrooms because our adults are all tall. Full sized beds were tight.
