Modern property with a great location

Excellent location, my room had extraordinary views and was spacious. Comfortable bed, lovely pool.
Good overall, but there were details that made me believe that it's overpriced. Like, for instance, napkins were kitchen paper towels, breakfast was repetitive, elevators (2) took forever when staff was cleaning the rooms because they left one out of service. And a few front desk ladies (NOT ALL) were a bit rude: I had had a coffee charged to my room (COP 5.000). They wouldn't take credit card for less than 10.000, I had the cash but they wouldn't take it. They ended up taking USD 3, which ended up being more than double than the actual price.
Small details that hurt my overall perception.
