Personal war supernet und sie gingen allen Meinen Wünschen nach. Das Bett war aussergewöhnlich bequem und komfortabel.
Das Gebäude ist veraltet mit sehr schlechtem Isolation. Man könnte alles von draußen hören, sogar das Wind kam zwischen den Spalten durch schlechte Dichtungen innen. Das gebuchte Zimmer war in der ersten Nacht nicht verfügbar. Nach der Reklamation konnte ich das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen.

Ubicación inmejorable, frente por frente al muelle de donde salen todos los tours y paseos, la comida que se sirve está bien, pero lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal, excelencia en todo momento! El hotel está bien y las vistas desde los balcones son hermosas! Recomiendo para pasar una buena estadía!

Excelente atención. Muy buen desayuno y excelente cena. Muchas cordialidad de Gabriel, Isabel, Raichel y Stevens.
Un inconveniente con los black out, que debían solucionarlo cada 2 días.
