The Surf Inn #2 was a really great place to stay. It was quiet, clean, cute, and comfortable. For a pet friendly hotel, you could hardly tell people have had pets there before. The only things that could improve would be that they dust the heaters and fix the master bedroom door (it sticks/jams). Other than that, it was a great place and had wonderful amenities. We would definitely stay there again!

We were six adults needing another night's lodging after deciding to stay in the area a bit longer. We were all related, which is good, this didn't have any extra room 😊but it met our needs, was clean, beds comfortable and place was quiet considering right on the main street.

The shower was shocking! What an outdated rainbow for the price especially with no stove.

The hosts were fantastic. They were friendly, answered all our questions and were very responsive to our requests. This is a charming little space. We were a group of four adults and we enjoyed the cozy and comfortable living space to relax and watch tv. The surprise was the very short walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Amazing.

It was a great location and the check in process was easy. The location was very close to a lot of things nearby. It helped that there was a store and coffee shop from walking distance.

Renters should know this a motel type suite where both walls on either side of the 400 sq ft unit are shared with others from other rooms...like in 1 story motel. Walls so thin the toilet paper holder and towel rack dangled off the walls...when used we were afraid we would pull them out of the thin wall. Heard every conversation of our neighbors and their music all night long = no sleep. Not sure why "surf" is in the name...Location had no beach at high tide and had more of cape inlet view of mud/sand at low tide than ocean waves...which were much further up the coast. Grocery next door wasn't worth it when Fred Meyer was 20 min away in Tillamook on the 101 which we had to return to anyway. The internet was too slow for Netflix to work so cable TV was only option to unwind. They did good job maximizing how much they got packed into a small 400 Sq ft and it was clean, but we drove away feeling like we made a bad decision and should have just pressed on North to Cannon Beach or Seaside for the night.
