Whether you're traveling with friends or family, you can't choose wrong when your days are spent at the beach! The home is located in Happy Camp and is where Netarts Bay meets the Pacific Ocean. There are miles of beach to walk, run, or play on and breathtaking views of Cape Lookout and the 3 Arch Rocks in Oceanside. The rental is bright and welcoming with a comfortable living room and wood stove where you can snuggle while watching a storm roll in. The media center offers a flatscreen TV and DVD player for quiet evenings at home, and the open kitchen is both lovely and functional offering stainless steel appliances, an island, and a dishwasher for easy clean up. With three bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms, the space can easily sleep 8 guests. Extra amenities like WiFi and the washer/dryer will make guests feel right at home. The back deck is a great place to hang out while you cook your food on the briquette BBQ. Uncork a bottle of wine in this calming space and your worries will wash away. Very nice place amazing location. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well and there were a couple of very tiny issues which is why I didn’t give all 5 stars but management was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!!

We had a great time at this rental. I would recommend the website note that this house is up two very steep flights of stairs to get to the main floor as we had one family member in her 70's, one with a bad back, and one with MS. We managed but moving stuff in was a real challenge. Sliding glass door to the deck did not lock, and top floor bathroom sink plug was stuck, making the sink not usable. Those issues did not really affect our stay as the sink issue didn't happen until the last day. The company was excellent, helped my get a tablet back that I had left at the property, they let us know the house was available for early check in. I would definitely use this company again.

Great location and amenities; very clean. The heating was a little out of whack, with some of the bedrooms being unbearably hot with the living room being cooler. Otherwise, would stay here again if in the area!

We planned a long family weekend at the Oregon coast. From the pictures on the website this place looked perfect... and it was!! Furnishings we’re really nice but also comfortable/homey. Beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. And a short drive into town for restaurants, groceries and supplies. We spent time at the Tillamook cheese facility for a tour, samples and ice cream, followed by shopping for fresh seafood at Pacific Seafood for our evening feast (about 4 miles out of Tillamook. Overall, a wonderful and memorable . We’re already planning our return trip!!(One more thing - the staff at Shore Thing were fantastic to work with!)

This fit our group great.
The property is in need of some updates. Particularly the lighting in some of the bathrooms and bedrooms as well as in the stairway going up to the lock box. Wouldn't have been able to see the numbers on the lock box without my phone flashlight. That being said the beds were comfortable and the location of this property was outstanding. The communication with property manager was outstanding. We were very pleased and would stay here again in a heart beat!

I've stayed in this rental before and it does not disappoint! Great view of where the ocean comes into Netarts Bay. Cross the street and your on the beach. The house is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I dropped my phone in the outside stairwell as I was leaving and Sarah mailed it to me so I had it within 2 days. Amazingly helpful!!
