Property is basic, not bad not good. Rooms should be cleaned everyday but they are not. Anyway I asked them for a fresh towel and I got it. It was the only option available during New Year’s, if I had other option I would choose it and even pay 3 times more for a better standard and daily cleaning and fresh towel everyday.
Property is located 3 minutes walk to Dickwella beach and 10 minutes to Hiriketiya beach which was convenient.

A charming place to stay in a great location in Hiri, close to beaches and amenities. The best part is the most welcoming host who will make you feel right at home!
The pace has been recently refurbished and felt fresh and crisp. Highly recommend this place!!!

I have no reason to recommend this hotel for this price - terrible value for money.
When we arrived, the host immediately told us that we need to check out 9.30 the next morning to make room for new guests... 20 years of travelling and this was a first. The check out time is stated as 12 and check in at 13. We didn't get any kind pf discount, compensaton pr even apologies for this pretty major inconvenience. As you can imagine, it's pretty to come back from that. The host also lives on site and seemed to make up rules as he went, it didn't really feel like staying in a hotel but as unwanted guests at someones home. The rooms are ok but there is nothing good about the location. It's next to a busy road and it's not great for hiriketya beach. For this price, I would generally expect a lot more.
