The location is fantastic; you can get to Hiriketiya Beach in no time. It’s well worth the price, even for a solo traveler. The staff are really friendly—they’d provide free water if you asked. I noticed other reviews mentioned that towels weren't replaced, but if you asked the staff for fresh ones, they’d happily give them to you. When leaving the hotel, they also offer a taxi service back to the airport that is much cheaper than other taxis. I know exactly where to stay if I come back.

Arrived early but allowed to check in. Large room and shower space. Close to both beaches and could walk easily

The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The room rate is very good value. The owner is a delightful man. The property has a kitchen, so handy for the fridge and kettle. Two adorable cats on site.
The ventilation in the room is limited and it can feel completely stifling even with air con and fans. Bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Bedding needs upgrading as do towels. No mattress protection on beds.
