Lovely place, run by a very caring family that's always ready to give great local recommendations, help organise transport, and even surprise us with a nice cup of tea every now and then. Proximity to more peaceful Dickwella beach is great. We loved the breezy balcony with views of the beach- and the ability to make our own breakfast in the kitchen below.
The fridge stocked with cold water, beers and snacks (for sale for a very reasonable price) is also great.
Depending on the time of visit, consider opting for an A/C room.

The owner was lovely. We were staying in a non-AC room and found it was too stuffy with just the fan. We messaged the owner who managed to move us into the AC room next door no problem! He was very accommodating and the rooms were lovely. Location was good, about a 7 min walk to Hiriketiya beach and 10 mins to Dickwella beach. There’s a small shop on site to buy snacks, water and even beers which was a nice touch.
