About this condo rental
Located in North Eleuthera, this attractive condo for $245 per night is a great option for your next vacation. One bedroom studio apartment suitable for a couple or family with young kids. King size firm pillow top bed and full size futon., suitable for children. Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Covered porch facing the beach which is just a few steps away plus a deck with lounge chairs. Unbeatable beachfront location and views. Kayaks and paddle boards are included. The apartment is centrally located and food and liquor stores as well as restaurants, but we highly recommend renting a golf cart (buggy) to explore the island and adjoining Russell Island. Spanish Wells is an historic lobster fishing island with a beautiful beach. There are no hotels or large resorts and the island has retained much of its charm. However, there are several good but casual restaurants where fresh seasonal catch is available. If you are looking for a laid back vacation on a beautiful beach, Spanish Wells is it!

Property was exceptional, even more so than the pictures on the property listing. Property host, and property managers were very helpful every step of the way, from booking to assisting with travel arragements from Nassau to Spanish Wells and return. A list was supplied detailing local business's for rentals, food, resturants, etc, was very helpful during our stay. We could not have asked for more. Cleaning staff was very efficient, the unit was very clean upon our arrival and the staff was helpful with local inquires. We will most definitely plan a return to Spanish Wells in the future.

From the moment we stepped off the ferry, we were greeted by Donna with a big smile. We followed her to the house in our golf cart where she gave a comprehensive guide to the property and amenities. The studio apartment is located on the beautiful north beach of Spanish Wells and the outdoor accommodations are perfect! We just rebooked for next April!

Beach lovers dream. Cute efficiency, surprisingly well equipped. Everything we needed, seamless check in from the ferry dock, to golf cart rental to beach escape. Great location, easy to get around. Close to restaurants and food stores. Property manager was great, even opened some coconuts for us too.

My husband and I stayed here recently and it was incredible! The property is just as described and the fact that it sits right on the beach was our favorite part. The beach is perfect - crystal clear water, the sand bar, low tide, high tide, we loved all of it! Everything we needed was supplied and Donna, Lori and Vince were all so great at helping us with taxi/ferry arrangements and showing us access to the unit. The location of this property is also perfect - you can get to everything very easily and can walk the beach all the way down to the park and bridge to Russell Island. Fantastic place to stay while visiting Spanish Wells!

The unit is immaculate and its exceptionally well positioned with an unmatched beachfront view. It truly is a home away from home with all the beauty you could ever want. We will be back!

The property was exactly as described. Perfect location on the water. Property was clean and well equipped. We barely used the Wi-Fi but it worked great. Property manager was friendly and helpful. We were met at the ferry dock and escorted to the property so the check in process couldn’t have been easier.

Not enough words can describe how good this condo is, how awesome the water is and how good the hosts were. This was our first time to Spanish Wells and it will not be the last. The beach was fantastic. A very low key island and I hope it stays that way. Lori was great to work with at all times.

This was my first time visiting Spanish Wells and I’ll absolutely be back! Vince and Lori were so fantastic in arranging our transportation once in the Bahamas. The living space in the apartment was so clean and spacious, and has the most beautiful view on the island! The location is perfect being just steps from the ocean and just a short walk/golf cart ride away from restaurants and food stores. Thank you Vince and Lori!

The hosts were kind enough to help arrange transport to and from the airport for our stay. They met us and personally walked us through the rental and gave us inside tips for our island stay. The rental had everything we needed from beach towels to a full kitchen. There was not a single thing that we needed that wasn’t here and we like to cook! The beach is amazing, super clear shallow waters right outside the door! We will definitely be back to this very friendly island!

It does not get much better than this property. Waking up to unrestricted views of the ocean which is approx 20 steps from your covered patio. During low tied you have access to an amazing beach and sand bar, during high tied you have about 5 ft of water in front of the house, perfect for a day in the water. The unit had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella, so bring a cooler if you want to explore for the day. The unit is close to everything into. Great WiFi even on the beach or if you would like to escape it all this is the place for you. Lori and Vince were a call away if you need anything. We can’t wait to be back

We had a wonderful first trip to Spanish Wells. We loved the location and the home. The studio was comfortable for me, my husband, my three year old and my infant. Lori and Vince were incredibly accommodating and helpful getting the home ready for our family. Room darkening curtains, pack in play crib, indoor/ outdoor showers, and access to laundry were a few great perks for traveling with young kids. We had clean beach and bath towels, linens for our baby and toddler, and even a high chair!
We loved watching the sunrise on the beach and taking the kayaks out on the sandbar. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

This was the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. It is an incredible location with all the amenities you could need. We rented a golf cart and spent most of our time in the water or on the back porch. We spent a few days here and the big island mixing up the trip and it was perfect. Our neighbors were respectful and quiet. We didn’t have anyone staying in the apartment above us when we were there. My only suggestion is to have the futon recovered with something that is washable. Oh and bring bug spray, but you need that anywhere you go in Eleuthera. The care takers are wonderful and helpful.

Enjoyed every moment
My husband and I stayed at Beach Escape for nine nights and were so happy with our choice. The location of the unit couldn’t be better and the view is just unbelievable. It was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the covered porch and being able to use the kayaks that are available for renters. Lori was wonderful and met us at the ferry dock to show us the way. She also booked our ferry and taxi ride back to the airport for us, so very thoughtful!! We will be back, thanks for having us!

This was a wonderful place; right on the beach and a very lovely studio with a king sized bed. It was decorated in a tropical theme. We spent most of our time on the covered porch or walking the beach. It was a quiet time on the island with not many tourists; the residents were friendly.
Groceries and restaurants were with easy walking distance. Lori and Vince were so welcoming, letting us come in early and then Vince took us to the ferry when we had to leave this little piece of paradise!

Relaxation to the fullest
My two teen daughters and I stayed in this sweet apartment for the most relaxing and refreshing spring break ever. The size of the place was perfect, the support from Lori & Vince in prep with the COVID requirements was perfect. It is a hard balancing act to write the right review, because what we LOVE about Spanish Wells is the quiet, genuine hometown feel of the island. We will be back, this island has won a very special place in this family’s hearts.
