The space Telluride Views Estate is located in Telluride/Mountain Village. The home seems like it is on top of the world with amazing views from every direction. The views are truly incredible. **Front of house - unobstructed views of 14ers (Wilson Peak, Mt. Wilson) and several 13ers - on a clear day you can see the La Sal Moutains in Utah. Incredible Sunsets as well! **Back of house - unobstructed views of too many 13ers to list, but include Campbell Peak, Dallas Peak, Mt. Emma and the San Sophia Ridge **Sides of house - views of the ski area and Palmyra Peak and others The home was designed to sleep numerous families and is a great spot for families with kids. ** Upper Master Suite - King Bed with Private Bath (Steam Shower) ** Main Level Master Suite #1 - King Bed & Sofa Bed with Private Bath (Steam Shower) ** Main Level Master Suite #2 - King Bed & Sofa Bed with Private Bath ** Lower Level Suite - Queen Bed with Private Bath ** Lower Level "Girls" Bunk Room - Six Full Beds with Private Bath ** Lower Level "Boys" Bunk Room - Eight Full Beds with Private Bath ** Main Level Entertaining - Large open floorpan with numerous outdoor areas with spectacular views. Interaction with guests The home is professionally and locally managed by a full service management company which is available 24 hours a day. ** Exterior Video Cameras on the Front and Back Porch which monitor the exterior door and patio areas adjacent to the front and back door. **May 2022-May 2024 - a House is under construction on the adjacent lot to our property. The Town of Mountain Village regulates what hours the contractors can work but you may see or hear them during your stay.

This is a great family house. Downstairs with a guys and a girls rooms are perfect for lots of kids along with a great family room. Great room/kitchen area was our get together area and we really enjoyed it. Kitchen can use a few more amenities. But there was enough. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Beautiful hiuse. I would definitely go back.

We stayed in this house in August with the family ranging from 4 months to 82. The house is wonderful. There is probably not better views in Telluride as you have incredible views from both sides of the house. The house had one issue as there is not air-conditioning on the bottom floor. It happened to be very warm this particular week and one of the bedrooms does not have a window to open but just a door. I am sure this is not a problem 99% of the time but just beware that the entire house is not air-conditioned. That being said the outdoor firepit/fireplace and views more than make up for it and we would definitely rent this house again.

Our stay at Timber Ridge was amazing! Lisa and team did an excellent job of providing a seamless experience as well as all the info we needed to make our stay a breeze! The house is incredible for a group - views for days and more than enough space to accommodate a large group! Super easy to get to Mountain Village and Telluride town, both for skiing and enjoying the restaurants/bars/shops at each. Can't wait to come back next year!!

The house was beautiful and the views spectacular! We enjoyed all the space to gather. Great suites and plenty of space for bunkers. The property managers were attentive and responded quickly. We wondered about the possible inconvenience of not having ski in/out access but the dial-a-ride was quick. We will definitely want to stay again!

The house is beautiful and the views are amazing. We had 8 adults 3 teens and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone! The bunk houses and ski locker area are perfect! And we had a group game night in the game room. The shuttle to the grocery store/gondola (village market) was always quick and easy. And you can drop in there on a green run to get to lift 10 and the chondola.

The views from this beautiful home are spectacular. The home itself is gorgeous and spacious. The kitchen is well-appointed. Hot tub and backyard patio make for incredible stargazing. Amenities are close-by including a grocery store and the lift into Telluride. Game room enjoyed by all. Can’t say enough good things!
