The size and cleanliness of the apartment.
It was quite tired and needs some attention- hair drier was broken; plug sockets hanging off; black marks on the ceiling; broken drawers etc

The property is very nice and very close to the shopping stores. and restaurants.
The only thing i have a problem was the shower curtain always falling down need to be replaced. The kitchen sink the handle keeps coming off every minute. Room is nice the couch can be up graded. Over all the room and property is nice.
