I loved the room, it was very clean and comfortable and felt real cozy.
The stafff!!!!, we had to wait almost 3 hours just for a receptionist to check in which was a bad start. The room didn’t had any mop which was inconvenient as well as table cloths. The room could have had a proper garage bin placed instead of going outside to throw away garbages and I would also suggest colored towels and rags instead of white.

Some areas require updating, ie the kitchen.
Attention to detail needs to be a priority.
Wasn't cleaned properly.
No towels upon arrival and toilet broken
