This apartment was very nice! The rooms were extra large and could fit far more than our family of seven. The air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room worked very well. The clothes washer was convenient as were all the kitchen amenities. Paolo was fantastic -providing us a good overview of the apartment and recommendations for places to visit/eat and how to get there. A quick 15 min walk from the.Trevii Fountain, 20 min walk from the Colosseum, and 9 min walk from the metro station made this apartments location perfect for our vacation. Paolo even met us for checkout. This was a really great apartment. We loved it.

It appeared that there was some mold growing in one of the bathrooms. This could have been the way the room was painted and we blew it off initially, but two of our group (one of whom has allergic reactions to mold) started not feeling well (respiratory). The area of concern was in the shower area with little ventilation. Again, it could have been the way the room was painted, but it did not appear so and the otherwise unexplained breathing issues made us think otherwise.

Big space and excellent location right next to the train station Roma Termini. Equipped with all furnitures that allows guests to feel like being at home.

Great location when visiting Rome and great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Cleanliness, amenities, convenience to shops, restaurants, etc. and close to major Roman attractions. Host was very helpful. Apartment was well equipped and the layout was great. Though we were only there 2 nights it would be easy to spend a week here. Great location. Walk to train station. Very comfortable and spacious. We were a family of 9, large range of age variation.

The Value of the stay

They need to change the sheets and the mattress very uncomfortable. Give complementary tea and coffee put soap in the bathrooms. Be cordial with people renting their place.

Great area to stay in Rome

Great location! Close to all the sites, so you can walk everywhere. Paolo was very nice & attentive to all our needs. He even had snacks & wine waiting for us at the apartment which was so nice. He recommended a wonderful restaurant on the next block which we decided to dine at 4 times during our stay. Delicious gelato place right across the street from the apartment. The elevator in the apartment building was a great bonus. Safe area even late at night.

The living room & the 3rd bedroom with all twin beds needs updating. The kitchen & living room area upon arrival needed some more cleaning to be done which we did with Clorox wipes but otherwise a nice stay.

Superb place for a company of friends or a big family to stay in Rome

Spacious two-bedroom apartment with kitchen and all amenities. The kitchen has everything you need plus a dishwasher. Two bathrooms are good for a big group. The apartment is in the very center of the city. Metro and Train stations are within walking distance. Paolo is a very friendly and helpful host. Looking forward to coming back again.

Good location, great host, and apartment needs some TLC. Paolo will give you a good brief at arrival

There was not breakfast included in the property. Location is good, plenty of restaurants and cafeterias around. Slightly far away from main attractions for those who cannot walk as much, I mean if you travel with elderly people or babies. However, it is very close to the Rome Termini, where you can pick up a train to commute.

Some TLC is needed, washer is really hard to understand its functioning for those travelling from the US, there is no dryer in the unit. Mattresses also need some update since it is an old building, typical of Rome center.

Everything was top notch. Location is great, good value for money, and the host is very professional and accommodating. We where at the smaller apartment but it was large enough for our family of five.

The windows blinds. They are old and cannot close completely. However, in practice sun was not waking us up, it was enough. I just wrote this because the form requires it, not a big complaint.

Amazing location, great apartment

Perfectly located apartment for a bigger family. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Paolo was really nice and answered all of our questions in no time.

great experience. will stay again if we go to Rome again. convenient to everything

it was 10 minutes walking from Termini. we didn't need a cab from Termini to the apartment. Owner met us to give the keys and show the ins and outs. very good host. building and apartment were interesting with a old but very unique elevator. building was always secured.

Enjoyed the 100 yr old lift

It was a very good walking distance from sightseeing attractions.

The online photos of the apartment were misleading. The owner has two apartments and the photos show both apartments. Our apartment was old fashioned with floral linen, plastic table cloth etc. Facilities were ideal for a family though with two bedrooms & bathrooms.

We loved our stay!!

We enjoyed the spacious apartment and clean kitchen and dishes. My teens had their space and so did us, parents. It was conveniently located walking distance to Colosseum. Paolo was super helpful with getting settled, mapping out the attractions restaurants in the city, checking on us everyday and a no fuss check out. We loved our stay!

I don’t have anything negative to say except that parking was a little stressful. But Paolo was very helpful and ended up finding a free spot for us.

The apartment is super spacious with plenty of space! It could have fit 2 families easily. Location is great, within walking distance to the sights. Paolo was also very kind to meet us and walk us through the apartment, and gave us a panettone, a lovely festive gesture!

staying in Paolo’s place made our first trip in Rome a wonderful experience. He arranged the car service to pick us up

the location is perfect. most of the famous attractions are within walking distance. when we had to take the metro to the Vatican, the metro stop is 2 minute walk away. there are restaurants, cafes and mini markets around. it’s very convenient.

short supply on paper towels and napkins (but the same thing happened when we were in Florence and Milan)

Lovely host. Excellent and safe location.

Very nice host Paolo. He was helpful and easy to communicate with. He explained how to get around and provided us with a map ( it was really useful ). Safe area to stay. Lovely old building. Lift was available . Large apartments with 3 large bedrooms. Walking distance to public transport, train station, cafes and restaurants and some of the local attractions. Overall it was a good property to stay, would recommend it .

AC was not available (remote controls were not provided). We were advised later that it’s not very hot in Rome in September and AC is not required..Window in the main bedroom couldn’t be closed properly. It was hot and noisy at night. Only 1 towel per person was provided. No hand towels at all ( we were advised by the host it’s their policy, as we were staying for 1 night only). Breakfast not provided.

Very good

Good location between the Roma Termini train station, metro, collesium, and Trevi fountain. the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are perfect for a family. The host was extremely kind.

The thing that keeps this from 5 stars are the mattresses. They are extremely lumpy and uncomfortable in both bedrooms and the twin beds. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep

Definitely recommend . Apartment good . Location good .

Paolo was very accommodating. Anything we needed we could contact him and he was very helpful. Perfect apartment for a couple or family . Location was good.

We would of preferred more fresh towels . We did feel a little disappointed in the cost of the taxi organised by paolo. It was €120 return to and from the airport. The local taxi company charged €62 return fir 4 passengers with luggage. It did leave a sour taste .

in general was really good .The apartament includes all facilities , but i should recommed that in the apartament should have slippers for the guests and shampoo . these are 2 things that i should recommend , because staying without slippers in the floor could make it dirty for the guests . in everything i was satisfied and the staff was kindly . if i come another time in Rome i would choose again this apartament
