Decorated using clean lines and fresh colors, all while remaining inviting and engaging, this resort includes all that is signature to Southwest Florida. Traveling with a large party? Many of the units at this resort include lockout rooms, so you can open up several units for comfortable vacationing while maintaining privacy and space. All units feature a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Plasma TV’s, wireless Internet access, private washer/dryer and pillow top mattresses. Located just steps from the unspoiled beaches, we invite you to open your windows and let the warm Gulf breezes and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore lull you to sleep. For luxurious accommodations on Anna Maria Island, the only choice is The Beach Club. Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach Club at Anna Maria #13 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center. Accommodations: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums, including large Plasma TVs, full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, decor. Resort Features**: On-site Office, Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Private Beach Access, Wireless Internet Access, Complimentary Chaise Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas, Fully Equipped Kitchens, Designer Decorated Units, Community Deck Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Balcony. Kudos to Manager Michael, and associate Rhonda. Both were very helpful and accommodating. Been there before so we knew what to expect. Clean room, quiet area, close to the beach, great to have a washer/dryer, EZ parking. View of the water is sufficient, but not great. Owner should seriously consider promotions encouraging guests to sign up for the next year, at 15-20% less. Pricing has become too high, and extra fees are annoying. Charging $100 to have the room cleaned for the next person? Is that my responsibility?

I’ve been coming to Anna Maria Island and the Cortez area for 40 years. This was my first stay at the Beach Flub and it was great! You can sea the Gulf from the rooftop deck which is a really nice feature of the property. While the property is older, it has been recently updated. Everything was functional and very clean! I’d definitely stay there again. Great location. Really nice management team. Easy walk to grocery, restaurants and shops. Directly across the street from the gulf.

Overall its a good location, and staff are helpful and professional. There are no services, and they charge you $100 to have the room cleaned for the next guest. And there is no daily housecleaning at all. Fridge freezer leaks every day, and the pull out bed mattress is old. Ample parking, clean room, decent pool, decent half kitchen with basic pots/pans etc, view of the beach from the area. Light stays on all night on the outside veranda, which can be annoying if you sleep on the couch. Probably to keep the gaters away.

Excellent stay! The room had everything we needed, and you can't beat the central location for this price. We weren't right on the beach, but were only a few steps away from a beautiful, uncrowded section. Crossing the street was a bit dicey due to traffic coming around a curve, and the city should consider adding crosswalk or mirror. No problem for an average guest, however.

I was concerned reading other reviews so I may have had low expectations but this was an exceptional stay. Cons: pool and spa were closed for renovation. The rental below us left their fan on super high speed upon vacating, which was noisy overnight, but management correct it immediately upon our ask.Pros: Price! This was a very economical stay so close to the shore. Proximity to beach! Easy way to get steps in but not too far. I especially appreciated the outdoor shower heads for removing foot sand. The unit was clean although an extra dishwasher soap would have been appreciated. Plenty of bath towels and the W/D were such a luxury for cleaning beach towels. Yes, the decor is a bit drab but everything was clean and functional. The bedroom was larger than expected.I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay, very clean and cozy. We enjoyed that it was such a short walk to the beach (right across the road) and that they had chairs and umbrellas to use free of charge and pool toys . Would 10/10 recommended and stay here again.
