I believe the staff member that assisted me was Hailey, she is the one I dealt with via email & she also checked me in. She went above & beyond to get me checked in as I was not used to the 114-degree weather. She was so sweet, so nice and so accommodating. Fabulous staff member, y'all are very lucky to have someone like her, especially in this day and age where staff seems to act like you bother them whenever you go into an establishment anymore. I apologize for this survey being so late. Y'all have a great day & I hope to be able to come stay again at the Aloft by Marriott Glendale. Thanks Debra
I liked all that I saw and used. I guess the only thing that I could suggest is you add awnings for people to park under. The heat was 114-degrees & touching the car was unbearable. Unloading the baggage from the car having to stand out in the heat was also unbearable.

Location. Close to the stadium and the arena. Comedy club, movies, restaurants, bars, Caines, Carls jr. Are all walkable from the hotel.
Limited hours of lobby pool table and the bar closed at 10pm. Too early on a football weekend.

Close walking distance to westgate and the stadium
Air conditioner so loud it could wake the dead.
Do not get any room close to the elevator , you take a chance when there is an event and the hotel is full you get stuck with the room
