I liked that the place was modern, spotlessly clean and had very helpful staff. I would say that was the best shower I’ve ever had. I’d stay again just for the shower.

Maybe it’s just me but the beds in every pod hotel I’ve stayed in have been too firm or too thin. But to me it was just uncomfortable. Judging by the snoring going on around me, nobody else seemed to have a problem. I thank the staff for being thoughtful enough to provide ear plugs. The only other thing is that it’s difficult to find. In the directions, they should stipulate that it’s on the same level as Gold’s Gym (or the level below Starbucks).

I spent one night here just for the experience. The capsule is actually quite spacious. You can easily sit up in it. A bag with lounge wear, towels, slippers, ear plugs is provided in each personal locker. The shower facilities were great. Now I can check off capsule hotel experience. Definitely worth it for one night

Unfortunately the 9h capsule chain is not set up for big trips, traveling with luggage or multi day stays. It's really just a spot for sleeping overnight and doesn't feel very welcoming as compared to other capsule places I've stayed in. If you've got a lot of luggage with you there's literally nowhere to unpack/repack. You feel like you're impeding on other's space, because you are. The lockers are really for a jacket and a handbag. You're not allowed to come inside the place during the day so you have to remove any items from the capsule and lock everything up and can only come back in the afternoon - compared to other capsule places where I could just leave my book/pyjamas/charger/toiletries in my capsule and head out and come back whenever I wanted, this felt far less welcoming and I really felt like I was not allowed to make myself at home. There is no noise manager besides signage that says be quiet. All the pods are on the same floor in the same open space and you can hear everything and I mean everything. Unfortunately, while I was staying another person was "enjoying themselves" a few pods over. Not exactly what I want to hear while I'm trying to go to sleep. Overall I would only recommend this if you're arriving from a flight late at night and just need somewhere to shower and crash. Book a different capsule brand otherwise that's more focused on storage space and has a bit more of a hostel pod vibe.
