I often stay at hostels when I travel alone and I was surprised by the cleanliness and thoughtful layout of this hostel. I received a fresh towel for every night of my stay (a rare thing in hostels) and there were plenty of shower rooms available. One thing that made an impression was that there were mirrors and sinks available near my bed. In other hostels, I usually have to go to the shower floor to use a sink, but it was super convenient here. Also, there was a small mirror in the bed itself which made getting ready much easier. Lastly, I wasn’t hot at all and the AC was suffienct (also a rare thing in a hostel in the summer time).
Overall, the stay was great. The location did require a bit of a walk to the nearest station but it wasn’t bad at all. Also, the elevator was quite slow but it wasn’t a problem.

Hotel easy to navigate and good information provided at arrival.
Personnel very nice and helpful.
Not too far from one of the central area of Fukuoka.
It is not so bad but some people coming and going at different hours sometimes use the washing basing in the room at night, which can make unecessary noise (my bed was located just in front of it).
Included breakfast is simple but good. I would have preferred a more Japanese style (rice) rather than European.
