The location and the neighborhood was wonderful. The room was welcoming. The facilities were good on the whole, but could be improved further.
HORRIFYING check-in experience. It was automated, unmanned, and rejected 4 different credit cards that I tried; we couldn't get the keys unless we paid (and there was no prepayment option while reserving!), and were stuck at the entrance for an hour on a Sunday night at 9pm. There was a number where the lady did not speak English; so, although she seemed like she wanted to really help us, all of us were helpless!
Some kitchen facilities (cutlery, washing liquid etc.) could have been better given the fact that a stove was made available.

Very conducive and functional place! Easy check in and out!
Long women hairs everywhere!!! On the pillows, on the floors, in the bathroom and even women hair clinging to my clothes in the washer! Disgusting!🤮
