The hotel is in a very good central location
It was a very busy hotel and rooms and comunal spaces felt small. Breakfast was also very busy and quality not good

The hotel is overall quite good—the rooms are clean, the staff is polite, and the location is convenient.
No car park. Need to park in the public car park which takes 5 mins walk

Location near Nakasukawabata station. Nice river view, with public bath, free coffee, ice cream and lounge garden.
Hotel should remove the vase structure which is a hazard to guests who can easily hit their head.
