The location was convenient very near a subway station. The area was a lively and lovely place. The hotel room was well-organized and had everything we needed.
The drainage of the bathroom sink was slow.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, though the nearest exit does not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient for guests carrying heavy luggage.
The service left much to be desired—the staff did not acknowledge guests, and even when passing through the lobby, they offered no greeting.
The lobby itself is also lacking in comfort, as there are no chairs available for guests who might wish to sit down and rest for a moment.
