I find the staff friendly and very helpful.Lots of good restaurants in the area.The location is central but a bit of a walk for seniors like me. My children though find the location excellent.

Location was good & staff very friendly & helpful.
Bed was extremely hard as well as the pillows. Advised the desk who promptly added memory foam bedding & provided soft pillows which was great. Hotel cooling system not normal air conditioning & cools without air, unfortunately found warm at night. Hotel does lack facilities like laundry, ice machines, vending machines etc.

Great room, very quiet. Location is ok to get around Fukuoka, many restaurants around.
The staff seemed a bit inexperienced, which didn't really fit the price we paid for our suite. Some confusion happened during check-in/check-out, but this was quickly resolved. It was more disappointing that during cleaning our plastic bag with collected sweets from several places in Japan, which was placed on the kitchen counter and not near the trash bin, was thrown away. Tried to explain this to the staff, but I think they didn't really understand.
