Ideal location, great base for our short stay

Exceptional location right in the heart of Split. Couldn’t get better. Next to a beautiful church, down the road from so many great restaurants and market. The apartment was spotlessly clean, our host let us drop our bags off early and everything was organised within the space so efficiently. Thank you for the orange juice, drinks, coffee and condiments - we cooked breakfast each morning very easily.

The bed was seriously uncomfortable. The dip in the mattress caused a sore back. The street noise was expected after reading other reviews but it was still loud and went all night. Some newer towels would make the stay more comfortable.

It would have been nice to have an A/C in the main bedroom as well, but we left the door open and the room was cooled.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the city, next to a shop that stocks all the essentials. Cooking facilities are up to standard, and a 'home-cooked meal' is effortless with a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven and electric hobs
