La única pega es poder encontrar aparcamiento, teniendo en cuenta que es una ciudad muy turística y está muy bien situado.

Split adventure 2023

The apartment was in a fantastic location. As it was down a side alley, it was always quiet There were restaurants, supermarkets, laundry all walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor. it's only a small apartment, but it has everything you need.

Exceptional

Excellent location, hostess is friendly, open to help and answering any questions. Room itself is also perfect, very clean, definitely recommended. Kitchen provides wide variety of tools. WiFi works good, TV offers a lot of channels to watch.

Compact and comfortable, with a super-helpful & kind host

We only stayed for one night before getting on a boat, and for that purpose, it worked great. Marijana was incredibly kind, flexible and always responded promptly, and we found everything to be really comfortable despite the small size and had a great night's sleep in the bed(s) (with air conditioning). Getting in and out using lockboxes was easy and quick.

Not really a not-like, but: When jet-lagged and late at night (plus travelling with a child), finding it required a little help from a kind neighbour :), but I imagine it's easy enough to locate otherwise, using the detailed instructions we were kindly provided with before arriving to take us from the taxi drop-off spot to the room (only a few minutes of walking).

we loved it, one of the best places we stayed our whole trip! The location is great! it’s very close to the old town and waterfront (easy walk) but we ended up also really liking the area right by it as well (which felt more neighborhoody). Very clean and comfortable and the exposed stone wall is so nice. host was very helpful and friendly, we followed some of her suggestions and they were great!

Everything you need!

The location was absolutely perfect! Right in the middle of the old town. The communication with the lady was easy, quick and very professional. The apartment had tea, coffee, chocolate bars, soap, shampoo and much more for our comfort, which we did not expect.

Great host , location iwas perfect,if you are not driving

Great host,even I told her that I might arrive around 3pm,she was waiting for us at apartment at 2.30pm.but the apartment hidden in a small alley,we ended arrived at 5.30pm.feel sorry to let her keep waiting. The apartment got individual bathroom,that great for 4 of us, not needed to share 1single bathroom.

Parking was not easy to find at old town in Split,parking in the street need to pay starting early as 6.30 am till 9pm..

Host/accommodation could not have been better. Beautiful room. Lovely bedding. Super clean. Right next to waterfront/old town etc. Has absolutely everything you need (and more!) Host was lovely and provided map, highlighting the places that could be visited and/or great for photos. Chocolate, drinks on arrival was much appreciated (also the big bottle of water to use during the stay!)

Cozy apartment a few minutes walk from the main attractions. Marijana was super nice and welcoming…our flight was delayed 5 hours but Marijana made sure to be at the apartment at our arrival which we really appreciated. Highly recommended

The apartment was very pretty and cousy, recently renovated, I guess. Super clean, also. The bed was one of the best ones I have ever slept in. Perfect location, very helpful and nice host. Easy to reach everything in Split centrum, but still very quiet apartment.

There was a littlle weird smell inside the apartment, which little downgraded the cousyness, but for one night it didn't bother so much. Maybe if staying longer time and spending more time inside the apartment, the smell could become a bigger issue.

A fantastic host of a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Really helpful and accommodating - we had early arrival and late departure arranged with simplicity and ease. Local knowledge of where to shop for supplies, where to eat, what to do and how to get about on the local public transport was generously shared. Any questions during the stay were also answered promptly and efficiently.

An absolutely fabulous stay and even better due to the wonderful host Marijana!

Exceptional location, it was extremely quiet and in a very good position. It was located in the old town and everything was easy to access from the apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. Marijana was the best host I have ever encountered, she went out of her way to help us with anything we asked of her. It was the perfect place to stay and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Maijana!

It has no parking. I had a hard time finding a parking space near a school about 1 km from the location. Parking is public and you are not sure that you will find a parking space again if you go by car for a short walk

A perfect place to stay in Split

The apartment is situated very close to the Diocletian palace, but also everything else is nearby: beaches, Mestrovic Gallery, mountain Marjan, green market, museum of architekture and so on. Just ask the very helpful and friendly host, she can give you the best informations about the town and the surrounding. She also helped us very kindly with some things we forgot in the apartment. It was a very pleasant stay, thank you very much, S. and D. from Germany

Compact but beautiful clean flat just yards from the heartbeat of Split

Host Marijana was very attentive in meeting me, helping me with my car and explaining how the set-up worked. This is a lovely clean, quiet flat just yards from the centre of Split. Wonderfully located. Everything worked like clockwork and, within minutes, you are strolling round the waterfront and the restaurants of Split. It was a great experience I would recommend to anyone. Fabulous city.

I foolishly didn't seek advice about parking and, had I taken up Marijana's offer, I would have learned that you can't access the Old Town in a car (Waze SatNav thinks you can!) and need to park about a five minute walk away. Once you know that, there is no problem.
