It was the right location for my family! It had the right layout to accommodate our family also!

This property is close to the beach, a nice coffee shop and pizza place. Furniture is not comfortable, there is no WiFi, and cell service is spotty, but I doubt you’ll spend much time in the apartment.

Great time of year! Quiet, peaceful almost private. Condo was perfection! Beds comfy, plenty of room. Will stay again as soon as possible!!

Wish there had been a restroom near the pool and getting in and out of my parking spot was difficult at times. The condo itself was nice but lacked space to put your non-refrigerator foods so everything had to sit on the counter. The master bath also was a bit small in the sink area. Lastly, the DVD player did not work.

Reviewer Comments: It was across the street from the beach and there was easy access to get to the beach. The rental was very nicely furnished and the pool was an adequate size. The only two negatives of the rental is that the kitchen is really small and the floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes because our feet would be as black as a rubber tire. We called someone about this issue and they never came to clean the floors. We ended up mopping the floor three times. There is also mold under the sink. Overall it was a good place to stay the negative issues can be easily fixed.

I had to but skillets to cook in, the ones that were in the room was worn out. The parking was very slim we received a note from someone telling us to move our car over it was already near the columns!! Also the air conditioning went out which was inconvenient. They fixed It, we were told it goes out a lot. Not very good when it's hot outside. Providing be staying there again.

We enjoyed the people that stay there. Everyone was very friendly. There was a lot of noise with the construction going on while we were there. We have stayed here in the past and the noise was not a problem so we will try again next year. The Real Estate staff was courteous and helpful. When we needed anything fixed, they were usually there the same day. The location was great. We were just about 150 yd.s from the Gulf of Mexico. We could walk to the beach access areas from our condo. All in all, we were pleased with out stay.

We were headed to PCB then decided with hurricane Irma swerving back and forth we would go West! Last minute decision and we so appreciate having a place to go. Did not get a refund back from our rental in PCB so it was nice to find a place that would work with us in such short notice! Definitely would recommend Bender Rentals!

It was only a short walk to the beach and we made it easily with canopy, an 18 month old, and all neccessities that go along with a baby on the beach! Staff was friendly and helpful! We had read reviews recommending to bring extra trash bags and such because you only get the initial supply so we were prepared! We would definitely stay here again!

The private beach access was close and nightlife was within walking distance from souvenir shops to ice cream, snow cone stands, even the famous Hangout. We dove to Orange Beach and Pensacola Beach but found it did not compare to Gulf Shores for activity and night life. There was more to do then we had time staying for 7 days! The unit was comfortable and as close to home as we could have asked to care for our family. It was cool and comfortable on very hot and humid days and items we never imagined we would need were provided in the unit. The pool was great for the kids on days not at the beach. The only small suggestion would be the pull out couch was not very comfortable but rarely are with the middle bar discomfort on this type of sleeper and a small leak in the refrigerator. It was a vacation full of memories and fun and we thank you for the experience and will return in the future and highly recommend Sea Breeze!

The condo was exactly as described. The room was over all clean. The floors were gritty, but it is at the beach, so... The beds were comfortable, and the surrounding construction was surprisingly unnoticeable. The internet was spotty, but it did not cause any real issues. We would definitely book again.
