Colorful furnishings and nicely maintained, this condo is conveniently located across the street from the beach. A short walk across the street on the dedicated sand path will have you enjoying the beach and the sand in minutes.
This complex has a tropical atmosphere with a nice pool, gazebo and BBQ grills. The convenient location and across-the-street pricing results in an economical stay. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are within a close proximity.

So thankful for the opening! We were at another location for 2 nights with no AC and in town for a ball tournament. Everything was super quick and easy and was the perfect location.

The room wasn’t as clean as most places where we have stayed. There were a pile of clothing tags behind a tv that were just there, some nasty stain in one of the drawers of a night stand and one of the walls in the bathroom where the shower comes out of the wall was gross. The throw pillows were stained as well. When we arrived the elevator near our room wasn’t working and it didn’t work until our last night there. The chain lock on the door was broken and I had to call and then stop by the office before they fixed that. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to go buy some. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work so we had to buy that too. There were no sharp knives except one that was about 10 inches which made it hard to cut fruit. The pillows on the bed were so thin I asked for new ones, which they did provide. In the main bedroom, there was no remote to turn the ceiling fan and light on. When they came to fix the chain, the guy said that they didn’t have any replacements for the fan controls so we couldn’t use that light or fan the entire stay. Overall, it was a place to sleep and eat near the beach but I won’t stay there again. There are just better places in this price range without all of these issues.
