Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming one bedroom cottage with lawn space, air-conditioning, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen. This cottage has a queen bed and a twin bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is nicely updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests with a maximum of 2 adults. Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life. Smoke free property. No Pets.
