Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming 1-Bedroom cottage with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen is nicely updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a TV. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage features air conditioning, hardwood floors, and a 40" TV and DVD player. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A maximum occupancy is 4 guests, with a Max of 2 Adults. Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Within easy walking or bicycling distance are Hyannis Port and the bustling harbor, with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. Main Street, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life, is a mile away. No Pets. Check-in 4pm. $300 refundable security deposit required at check-in.
