The condo was awesome. The kitchen pots and pans were good quality. The bed was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The water was clear and beautiful. It was a great anniversary. We loved having our dog Roxy with us. It was very spacious with the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

The condo was very clean and tidy, had everything we need wish they did provide more garbage bags but i understand.. the pool was awesome was kept very clean wish there was a better spot to take the dig out but we managed.. we brought our own umbrella and wasnt crazy about the rentals taking up the beach area in front of the condi, overall it was a nice time and the Bender staff was so helpful

We were lucky enough to book a 2 week stay this year for vacation and were lucky to find this property thst woupd also allow us to bring our dog with us! Checking in and out was very simple and the communication from bender was amazing! The condo we stayed in is in desperate need of some updating. The master mattress is one large sink hole and my husband was less than thrilled to have to sleep on it for 2 weeks. The kitchen was also missing most of its pots and pans and things jist looked like your typical 1st apartment missmatched items. We had other friends staying in the same complex and their condos were much nicer as far as furniture and finishings. We would consider staying here again if this unit was updated.

First off, the Unit smelled like mildew. The Unit was not completely clean, the doors in the master was not clean. You could see where something had run down one door. The closet in the master had one door if opened it would fall off the track. Just 2 place mats on the table? The kitchen had only one cup towel and one dish rag. The lazy suzan under the cabinet was filthy, had hair on it. The door on the dryer would not close completely. The floors especially in the corners were not clean along with the baseboards. Also had a couple of bugs show up. No extra blankets for the unit. We would recommend this property if the above-mentioned issues were resolved.

Great experience! Our door keypad died after hours leaving us unable to get in, but a quick call to the office had a maintenance worker there to help in less than 15 mins! We love staying at The Caribbean!

Great location, easy to access the beach and activities in Gulf Shores. The condo itself was not the cleanest. Bed linens from the previous guest were left on the pull out coach, and floors were not the cleanest. But the condo was mostly quiet and had most of the amenities and appliances needed for the week.

The condo had everything you could have needed which was amazing. Perfect location and perfect view. The only issues we had were there was mildew all in stand up shower and had to be cleaned thoroughly before using and the ceiling fan in master bedroom wasnt useable because it was crazy loud. Otherwise, the place was perfect and would definitely stay again.

Sorry, but this condo did not meet our expectations. Needs to be updated. Pool was disgusting! Debris, sand, not once cleaned or chemicals added while we stayed there. Scum and "particles" floating in water that could be health risk. We are pool owners and I have never been at a hotel or condo that did not maintain its pool like this one! In addition serveral of the appliances did not work!

Like the property but this unit needs considerable cleaning and updates. Second bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Trim needed in that shower around faucet. Patio furniture dirty. Bedspread in main bedroom very old and pillows dirty. Dryer slow. Icemaker worked sometimes. One skillet, one pan. Very dirty behind refrigerator and in laundry area. No paper or pencil. No television guide. Internet was not secured.

The condo made you feel at home from the time you drive into the location. Parking space was perfect for us and the carts waiting downstairs were very helpful. We had two condos rented and both we're waiting on us to enter and begin making memories. The layout was perfect and the room size adequate. Our view was very nice and facilities were about as clean as you would expect anywhere. The only thing that I missed was my king size bed. We plan to stay again next summer. Thank you for a fun time!! I would rate the whole experience a 4. That is as high as I ever rate because there is always room for improvement. Nothing is perfect!!!

The floor had sand all over it when we got there. The master bath tub was held together with duck tape. There were rats and cockroaches around pool area. The beds felt like you were sleeping on plywood. The only good thing I can say is that the property is convenient to everything. We will not stay here again. It is not worth the money.

Great location. Pleasant office staff, helped with late arrival. Pool and beach very nice. Spent two hours using floor mop to get floor so it did not turn feet and socks black. Three rinse cycles with clean water did the trick. Beds, baths and kitchen very nice, appliances good. Need another reading lamp in bedroom. View from balcony excellent. Would be happy to stay here again.

We did enjoy the condo. The view was great. However, the pillows and chairs were dirty and stained. We asked for them to be cleaned but it didn't happen while we were there. The toaster and can opener didn't work and the serving dishes were sparse but we did really enjoy our stay and loved the view. Only problem was a person 2 floors down played loud music almost every day. It was reported but he pretty much ignored them and played anyway. (Music could be heard in the next condo complex!)

We loved the location and the view from our condo. However, the cleaners did not do a very good job. Our floors were quite dirty (did not look like they had been cleaned before we got there) and the bedding was not fresh. Also, we wished that the master bedroom would have had a view of the water.

This condo lacks a lot. I’ve paid a lot less for a lot more in the same building. There was only one sharp knife in the whole place. No extra toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, trash bags or paper towels were provided. No coffee filters either. There were very few cereal bowls. The couch was cute but very small. The seating on the outdoor deck was cheap and dirty.

All went well during our stay. There is a comment to be made that, while although not a complaint, I think you should at least be made aware that the place was not clean. There were large clumpls of animal hair (dog?) throughout the condo - under the kitchen table, on the bed comforters, etc., food stuck on dishes, on the counter and old food left in the garbage disposal that caused the place to smell horrible. Grime and hair left in the bathrooms on sinks, tubs and in the floor. Sand on the floors throughout and old food crumbs on the balcony furniture. We were there for the beach and, as stated, this is not a complaint. We cleaned it ourselves and moved on. There were dead bugs in the nightstand drawers and on the floor under the beds. We checked for other pests and didn't see any but you may want to have that checked, as well. However, you are entitled to know you are not getting what you bargained for from the cleaning crew and your customers are paying higher costs for cleaning that is not getting done. Also, the pool was not vaccumed between Thursday and Wednesday. We actually took pictures of the leaves, dirt, food wrappers dead bugs and a jellyfish that were all left to float in it for days. You may already know these things. I just wanted to tell you since you asked. On a brighter note, we have booked with Bender for more than 15 years and we value the relationship and professional, kind service we always receive.

I think my main issue was that the floors in the condo were filthy. They have not been thoroughly cleaned in months. The broom that was supplied just would not clean the floor. The dining table was pretty dirty as well. The amount of money one pays I would expect the floors to be clean. Need new pillows-one had a blood stain on it. The location is good-Bender Reality was good as well.

Our stay (5 weeks) was great. Property description accurate. Location great. Loved being able to have our little dog with us. Management good. That said the inside of the condo was "shabby" We had to clean when we arrived. Furniture worn. We replaced a shower head and bought more silverware and a can opener. The property and location is great. When we got there, fish smell was leftover from the previous guests. The management quickly pinpointed the issue and solution. The smell was gone within hours. The owners should really consider updating the place. It looks really cheap and uninviting inside. Don't let that picture fool you! The sliding door takes all the strength you can muster to open because it needs bearings...the furnishings are not comfortable! There is not enough seating to lounge and watch TV with the kids. Looks like they didn't want to spend money on good sturdy furniture. The beds in the bedrooms are just frames with cheap headboards, not sturdy at all. The bedspreads and comfortors are old and worn. The roll out bed needs to be in the garbage. No one can get a good nights sleep on that thing! If you have back problems, you won't get a good night's sleep! The ceiling fans shake and rattle. Looks like they took all their old mismatched/unwanted things and put them in this condo for the rest of us to enjoy:-(The shower head in the master beadroom should be replaced. The water does not disperse evenly so that you get all the soap off. If you have long hair, takes quite a while!!! The washer and dryer look like leftovers from the 70's! Took forever to wash and dry clothes! They were soooo small!! 4-6 bath towels barely fit! Beach towels are another story!! So sad, the location and property were very nice. We definately paid for the view and that was it! I've stayed in motels that were much more comfortable and a WHOLE lot cheaper. For the money we paid, we did not get our moneys' worth in comfort. Not worth it!

This unit was conveniently located. The beach was really close and the indoor and outdoor pools were well kept. Covered parking was a plus. The washer and dryer were not functioning properly and caused delays in keeping towels ready for the beach. The balcony door was very difficult to open and close. Overall, it was quite nice.
