Quaint building and rooms with an almost “Victorian coach stop” feel. Plenty parking on site and awesome staff.
Located under a motorway and opposite a steel merchants so local noise outside was not loud but constant.

Bed was comfortable if small and too many cushions. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was fine
Room was very small and had no wardrobe. Front door of building securely locked on arrival. Treated with some suspicion when we were allowed in. Young man had to phone someone to check that we were guests. Then, while still holding our bags in the hall, we were told we had to pay for the room before going any further and also we were asked to select our breakfast for the next day. Very expensive for one night B&B
